Internal links not showing in Open Site Explorer

So I'm working on a law firm site and looking at the links for pages in OSE. For practice areas, the links to each practice area are in the left hand menu on every page of the site. Can anyone help me with this question:
Example: http://www.comitzlaw.com/personal-injury/car-accidents.html
When I plug this URL into OSE, it only shows one linking page, www.comitzlaw.com/practice-areas.html, yet there is a link to this on every other page in the site.
When I plug in a random competitors page, www.lesagelblaw.com/Personal-Injury-Overview/Car-Accidents.shtml, it does show all the internal pages linking to it.
Since I'm not using a flash menu or javascript, any ideas as to why no internal links are showing up in OSE? Even when I plug in the main URL for the home page, it only shows 4 other internal pages linking to it, yet there is a link on every page. What am I doing wrong?

good to here, I did not know that, i guess they just dont have the processing power to dig that deep, unlike Bing and Google

Emailed and got a response. The site was originally built a while back using many tables for positioning and the main nav links were deep in nested tables. Thought this may be the problem, so I converted site to all divs. Ran a crawl test and noticed all pages have page authority now (used to be only the home page) so looks like we have a fix.

I've been adding external links for the past month and one new directory link that was approved on 9/23 showed up in last week's update (although there were plenty of others that were indeed approved and do show up for competitors). It's the internal links not showing up that worry me. Those have existed for months.

OSE only updates about once a month, di you only recently add links?

Specific external links
So...we have an A+ rating with the BBB and have for some time. We have a link from their page. We also use sites like pricegrabber and reseller rankings and have links from those. What I can't figure out is why links from the BBB and Pricegrabber don't even show up in open site explorer but the reseller ratings links are everywhere. The BBB one is easily the oldest and the other two are roughly the same age (i.e. at least a couple years old.)

Hi, I run a campaign on one of my new clients in the links report - i see 1970 - external links and i can press " see more in open site explorer) when i press the button, open site explorer is opened but with a message that there is no link data on this website any advice? Working with Open Site Explorer
Hi everyone, I'm new to keyword analysis, and am in the process of consuming a lot of SEOmoz articles and resources on the subject. I wanted to see if I'm correct in my analysis of two compared sites, and hope you can shed some light on the matter. I've been to the Google Keyword Tool and looked for my informational keywords for the project I'm working on, since the user intent is all about information. A not-so-great keyword phrase I've found with 12,100 local monthly searches is: "programa de inglês" (english programme) I'm just using this as a quick example. I have performed a Google search query for the above phrase from google.com.br (Brazil), and I'm comparing the #2 and #4 results from the 1st page of the SERPs which are: #2) www.programa-ingles.net and #4) http://www.baixaki.com.br/categorias/educacao-e-diversao.htm. What's confusing me is that in Open Site Explorer, the #4 result gets a much higher page authority compared to the #2 result, and beats #2 on every category except for internal–external link ratio and all the social categories. Here's an image attached of the comparison. Is it the fact that the external links of #2 account for 100% of the links pointing to it, or that the #2 position beats (rather pitifully) #5 on social sharing, or is it something that I've not stumbled across yet? Find out what keywords a site is ranking for
I want to find out what keywords a site is ranking for. In other words, I want to find out how Google is currently seeing a site. I've used Google KW tool - not very accurate when you simply type in the URL. Is there anything in SEOMoz I can use? New to this. thanks

"Unable to retrieve linking pages on this anchor at this time." This is the notice I get when trying to see links for anchor text. Can someone help?

Why Doesn't Open Site Explorer show Domain Links from Twitter, WordPress or Feedburner?
I commented on a few blog posts and wanted to see the domain authority of those sites. When I look at our domain links, I notice the links are not there from the blogs (which I now know I have to give it time to show up). But I also noticed that domains with links to our website (regularly) were not showing up either. i .e Twitter, WordPress and Feedburner. I know we have links in these locations, especially Twitter. Why would these domains not show up? Much thanks!

How do I find the most linked to page of a site?
I'm looking at a site for a potential link and am trying to find the most linked to page. The SEOmoz toolbar tells me the root domain (DA) is linked to by 660 root domains but the main URL (PA) is linked to by 38 root domains. I used open site explorer and got the same # of 38 root domains in the result. From the Top Pages tab, I clicked on the 2nd page down and the SEOmoz toolbar gives me 189 root domains linking to that page (PA). Then I ran a Linkscape report to see what that would say and I get 146 linking root domains. 1. Is this 2nd page down on OSE the most linked to page? 2. a. Is something off in these numbers?
