Google Places Pending for Two Months

I have a client with three Google Places locations pending. Two of them have been pending for probably two months now, and the third we just verified this morning and instead of getting approved it has automatically gone into pending mode. Does anyone know of a contact form or direct line to Google to get this issue resolved? It's creating a rift between me and my clients, and unfortunately I don't know how to get Google's attention.

Actually I added it last week, but within a few days it showed up in rankings. I mean, low in rankings, but it showed up pretty quickly. So now I figure if I just claim and Verify this new listing that has already shown up in rankings, we'll get it down quicker and more efficiently.

Whoa, you got it approved this quickly? Was it an existing listing and you just edited it? I just tried editing the listing that shows up for my client's company (which currently has completely inaccurate information) and submitted new mailing address, phone number, website along with URLs with the contact information in the comments but still no luck getting it changed...

Finally, an email response from Google Places! I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

Yes, I did actually use the Edit Maps function from the Google Maps page and I ended up adding the location and business manually through a Google Maps User Edit...and it got approved that way.

I have found it quicker to play the "good citizen" role and simply suggest an edit to a page rather than going the "I am the business owner, this is my listing" route.
I filled out the edit form to change the phone number of our company with a link to the website so the Google rep could easily verify the new number and had it changed in about a week.
However, when it comes to getting entirely new Google Places listings, I have been in the same long, drawn out process.

I'm in the exact same boat. One of my clients somehow got their address and phone number on their Google Places listing changed to something completely inaccurate and it's been at least three months where the corrected listing is still pending. It's extremely frustrating since I don't have the answer and Google is no help whatsoever and the client has definitely noticed a decrease in phone calls as a result.

Google crawl drop
the crawl request of my company site: https://www.dhgate.com/ has dropped nearly over 95%, from daily 6463599 requests to 476493 requests at 12:00am on 9th, Oct (GMT+8). This dramatic dropping trend not only showed in our GSC crawl stats report but also our company's own log report. We have no idea what’s going on. We want to know whether there is an update of google about crawlling, or is this the issue of our own site? If something is wrong with our site, in what aspects would you recommend us to check, analyze and accordingly optimize?

Google Search Console Not Sending Messages
One of our sites received a Manual Penalty for unnatural links by Google. However, we never received a message in Google Search Console or an email about the manual action. The only reason we knew about the penalty is by the obvious drop in rankings, then signing into search console to look for any manual actions, which we found. Since then, we have submitted a disavow file and a reconsideration request. However, once again we did not receive an email or message in search console that shows confirmation of the disavow or that they received the reconsideration request. The disavow file does show up after I upload it, and it says it was successfully uploaded... but no messages or emails. After many hours of investigating the various canonical versions of our website on Search Console, we found out that there were several “owners” of the various canonical versions of our site that had “could not find the email address” as a site owner. We found out that these were previous employees who no longer worked with the company and their email address was deleted. After unverifying these site owners, (all the ones that had “could not find the email address” as the site owner), the notifications, emails and messages in Search Console started to appear. However, the only place they did not appear, is the main canonical version of our site. Of course, the main canonical version of our site (https://www) is the version that we uploaded the disavow and reconsideration request. This is the canonical version of the site that we need to receive these messages to know if our reconsideration request was granted! We’ve just reuploaded the disavow file and reconsideration request to all of the other canonical versions (2 of the 3 received the message about the penalty)…. and we are currently awaiting a response. Has anybody else had problems with not receiving notifications in search console due to deleted email addresses?

Google Not Indexing Submitted Images
Hi Guys! My question isn't too dissimilar to one asked a couple of years ago, regarding Google and image indexing, but having put my web address into a Google image search, I get a return of 15 images, so something isn't right. 5 months ago I submitted our 'new' site to Google webmaster. We have just moved it onto a Shopify platform. They (Shopify) are good at providing places to add titles and Alt tags and likewise we fill them in (so that box ticked!) However I have noticed over the last couple of months that despite 161 images being submitted, only 51 have been indexed. Furthermore and as I said earlier, when you put our site, site:http://www.hartnackandco.com into Google images, it only returns a total of 15 images. Any suggestions and help would be wonderful! Best Place to Redirect 301 to?
Hey Everyone! I have an old site with hundreds of blog posts that are very spammy (duplicate content, keyword stuffed, and just plain bad content). I am going to redirect them and delete them from WordPress but I'm wondering where is the best place to redirect them to? Home page, other posts, other pages...? Any thoughts would be appreciated! Google Published Date - Does Google Lie?
Here's the scenario. I create a page called "ABC" and it gets published and found by Google lets say on the 13th of April. on the 15th (or 14th) i decide to update the URL, page Title, and content. (Redirect old URL to new URL as well) Will Google still show this page as being published on the 13th? or would it update the publish date according to the new URL? Google Sitelinks
Is there anyway to control the sitelinks under a listing in Google? I have a group of lawyers where 1 of the them is showing up in the sitelinks. They want all of the lawyers to show up. Right now it is showing 1 lawyer, about page, contact us page, etc. Thanks!!!!

Ranking on google.com.au but not google.com
Hi there, we (www.refundfx.com.au) rank on google.com.au for some keywords that we target, but we do not rank at all on google.com, is that because we only use a .com.au domain and not a .com domain? We are an Australian company but our customers come from all over the world so we don't want to miss out on the google.com searches. Any help in this regard is appreciated. Thanks.
