None of my campaigns have updated since 7-01-2013\. Anyone know what is going on?

None of my campaigns have updated since 7-01-2013. Anyone know what is going on? Normally it updates the first of every month.

Hi Scott,

I took a look at your campaigns and they have all updated in the past week. The one section that only updates with the Mozscape Index is the Root Domain Metrics and the last update was on 7/11/2013. We've posted about the current delay between Mozscape Index's on our API Updates Page and the next update is planned for 8/26/2013.

If you see any specific out of date campaigns, email us directly at help@moz.com with your campaign names and dates expected for updates. They'll be happy to investigate further for you then.

No (seomoz) crawler report since 7th may !!

Hi Mozteam, I added a site less than 200 pages in the tool "seomoz crawler", at May 7. We are May 15 and the tool always displays "crawl in progress." Do you have a problem about this tool? This is embarrassing ... Thank you for your reply. David France

My page has a 302 redirect and I don't know how to get rid of it!

I use Internet Officer tool to see the 302 redirect but I check the redirects in the CPanel and there are none. In the .htaccess there are none either. I don't know where else to look 😞 The url is http://servicioshosting.com Can you guys help me? I can't set up a campaign because Google can't crawl the website. I can't setup the Facebook OpenGraph because of the redirect. error.jpg

Stats from Moz bar and OSE not changed over last three months - new update?

I have noticed for a few of my websites that the SEOMoz stats have not changed over the last three months; PR, MR and even total external links. Is both the tool bar and OSE going through further updates and not yet pulling through accurate results? Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Seomoz Customer Service does anyone feel let down

I would like to know if anyone else feels let down by seomoz and their customer service. I will give you a couple of examples why i feel let down. I contacted customer services over an issue a couple of weeks a go and never got an answer from them, and the second issue is the private question that you can ask. I asked many days ago and it was an important question and it has still not been answered. I am just wondering what we are paying for by using this site and if other customers of this service feel let down like me.

Fishy Rank 1\. Google Algorithm Bug?

We have noticed some strange rankings for a while that do not make any type of logical sense from an SEO standpoint. After an SEO review, it is found that these sites rank for top terms in very competitive markets for no clear reason. To demonstrate, here is research for one of the categories where this is taking place. 4xx (not found) errors seem spurious, caused by a "\" added to the URL

Hi SEOmoz folks We're getting a lot of 404 (not found) errors in our weekly crawl. However the weird thing is that the URLs in question all have the same issue. They are all a valid URL with a backsalsh ("") added. In URL encoding, this is an extra %5C at the end of the URL. Even weirder, we do not have any such URLs in our (Wordpress-based) website. Any insight on how to get rid of this issue? Thanks

Can anyone edit their comments?

I've been unable to edit my comments here for about a week 😕 Just me or is it like this for everyone? Tried FF 4, Chrome, IE 9, Safari and iPhone Safari. Just get the loading icon. If it's just me I'll submit a bug report.
