Historical reporting- PDF is default and I need csv/excel

I am trying to create trend reports for certain keywords that we track in Moz- The problem is that all of the historical data is only available as PDF! Is there a way to get historical reports in csv? Please help! Thanks!

Hey Sheila,

Thanks for the question. You can absolutely get your historic rankings report in a CSV. What you aren't able to do is get a CSV report for the history for just certain keywords.

You would need to export the entire ranking history from the Rankings Overview page and narrow down the data using whatever program you use for your CSVs.

Incorrect Reporting

Hi, We are trying to get a report for our clients for February but when we choose the dates 1st Feb-28th Feb, the actual PDF report has the incorrect dates on them (most say 6th Feb-22nd Feb). Is there any way to fix this because otherwise that will give our clients wrong information and in the long run it might be a decisive element for us to use a different keywords SEO tool. Possible bug in Crawl Issues report?

Hi all - My crawl issues report shows 3 pages with missing titles. These are just google verification files and the robot.txt file - shouldn't these be excluded? Pages with Title Missing or Emptyas of May 11

Site Crawl report show strange duplicate pages

Beginning in early in Feb, we got a big bump in duplicate pages. The URLs of the pages are very odd: Example URL:
http://firstname.lastname@website.com/dir/page.php
is duplicate with http://website.com/dir/page.php I checked though the site, nginx conf files, and referral pages, and could not find what is prefixing the pages with 'http://firstname.lastname@'. Any ideas? The person whose name is 'Firstname Lastname' is stumped as well. Thanks.

MOZ crawl test is not reporting on all the pages on my site.

I've run the crawl test one of the sites I've taken over SEO for, however its only picking all the pages. For instance it indexes all the pages under xxxxx/us but none under xxxxx/au or xxxxx/uk The pages are being indexed as they're ranking in Google. Thanks.

Moz.com Report a Problem or Provide Feedback

Two things. First, I could not find exactly where to report an issue or provide feedback about the website. I don't need to contact about Moz Analytics or any other products. I just want to provide feedback about the Moz Blog. I think it would be nice to be able to report an issue or provide feedback to "Roger" and have that item sent to the appropriate department for review. A lot of websites tend to use "webmaster@example.com" for this, but anything would work. My suggestion is to offer a feedback form on the Contact Moz page. Second, the issue I wanted to report has to do with blog comments. I left a comment early this morning and, with me being on Central Time and the timestamp for comments using Seattle local time, I was surprised to see that my comment had been posted "2 hours ago" immediately after I clicked "Submit." I presume this text is dynamic and that, in Seattle, you see "seconds ago" or something but, being in Wisconsin, I see "2 hours ago." This is confusing mainly because I have no idea how long ago other comments may have been posted. P.S. There isn't a question category for the Moz Blogs so I am choosing Moz - Other Research Tools. I view the blogs as a Product Moz provides so maybe adding "Moz - Blogs" to the Moz Product Help list of categories would be appropriate.

Duplicate Page Content Report on MOZ

Hi, I am just wondering as to the accuracy of this report - does it pick up all the duplicate on page content? Or is there a limit? We have an ecommerce store with a lot of copied and pasted descriptions - just wondering if there is a limit on how much the moz crawler picks up? In other words, once we fix what MOZ has detected, will there be more detected because it is limited to display say up to 200?? Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks
