Tracking keywords and SERP Analysis Reports

My question is regarding the "Track up to 50 keywords over time." and the "x of 100 full SERP Analysis Reports run this month"
Is it possible to increase these fixed numbers? or do I have to use a secondary account? It would be nice to have history for more keywords then 50. and the same goes for the SERP analysis report.

Hi Justian
I've confirmed that the SERP limits are 100 across all of our subscription tiers for full reports and 300 for daily basic reports.
Rank tracker limits are 50 for Standard/Medium, 100 for Large, and 300 for Premium

Great question! I am checking with our product team to find out if we've made any changes to the limits which are only increased by upgrading tiers for the Pro membership (Medium, Large, Premium). Once I hear back from them I will let you know what I find out.

"Branded Reports" not branded email
I am a new Moz customer and specifically chose the $149 plan to get "branded reports" My Logo shows on the pdf report but when that report is emailed to the client there is a big black banner at the top of the email that says MOZ! I chose branded reports so that the customer would see my branding not MOZ. This is very frustrating and there does not seem to be a solution from MOZ, I know that you can send the email with my return email address but why do you have to put the MOZ branding in the email.

How do I stop these duplicate reports being emailed?
It used to be that I received just one weekly report per campaign when using MozPro. Over the last couple of weeks/month (since creating MozAnalytics reports) I've started to receive 2 reports for the same campaign...with no different whatsoever, apart from the time that they have been sent. I've been back into the old MozPro campaigns and deleted any automated reports that were being generated there, and so now I should have just one weekly MozAnalytics report from each campaign. Has anyone had this problem before and do they know how to fix it? Getting really annoying, especially with 13 campaigns resulting in 26 emails! Thanks

Why aren't my keyword rankings updating
My dashboard or keyword rankings haven't updated in 2 months, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? The account page indicates the campaigns are active. Derp.....
