Why have I been charged by Moz for a Pro Subscription
-
I recently used the trial free 1 month subscription for Moz Pro as it was suggested in a continued education course I was doing. I see before I could say "Jack Rabbit" they have charged me and it has come off my account for next month. They also took the money off my account also happened after I queried the invoice received this morning and after immediately cancelling the trial period. This is unethical. Currently Moz Pro a service charged in US$ is too expensive for my consultancy in South Africa.
Any advice on how to get this amount reversed. Today is the day the invoice was sent and immediately afterwards they charged me the amount.....

Moz having a few issues with their site?
I've seemed to have a load of issues as of late. Just small graphical things but still enough to make me concerned. 1. https://moz.com/community/users/4207879 being noindex (however it seems to other users an external tools work) (image proof: https://i.gyazo.com/2e77c94ffd068718e9e149e8afef1e44.png ) 2. Seems i'm staff on this one too: https://i.gyazo.com/6f1bc6372180f4f9f1cb1c7d6f6d941c.png

Reset my MOZ Account?
I recently redesigned my 2 websites. Both are large 80+ page sites with unique text on every page, no keyword stuffing and generally using all the proper SEO techniques ( I hired a professional w/ 10 years experience). My pages rank for the targeted terms, but MOZ reports say "Not in the Top 50". I had friends run "Clean Searches" from the west coast and we were ranking. Prior to the redesign, I used MOZ and the reports were very accurate. Should I reset my MOZ account or what?

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.

Moz not allowing me to add social profiles?
I have 13 Facebook accounts I want to connect. I got 5 of them to connect, and Moz says that I have 10 of 15 accounts left. However, when I try to add another account it says that I have reached the maximum amount of accounts already?

How to force MOZ crawlers to search in the right area for local SEO
We do local SEO over here and so our keywords are always followed by a city name, like so: "auto repair+Springfield". If there's ever any confusion within SERPS which "Springfield" the searcher is looking for we can depend on Google to pull query location to assume it's the nearest to them (it does, and is usually correct). And furthermore, if the office ever needs to check for rankings by hand (we're not in Springfield), we just set the query location to "Springfield" and our results match their. However, MOZ doesn't set a query location. Which makes sense, I suppose, because their crawlers are up in the Bay. What I'm saying is that oftentimes there's a discrepancy between how MOZ tells me they rank, and how I see them ranking, the business owner sees them ranking, and how the customer finds them ranking. As such, we can't send them reports through MOZ 😞 Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Should the keyword be followed by a zip code instead of a city name? This seems like it would solve the location query problem but it may not provide the same results as service+city name.
