Having trouble uploading CSV file to Moz Local?
-
I am receiving the following error
"Please make sure the file you upload is in CSV (Comma Delimited) format. You may need to re-save or export the spreadsheet as a CSV. Please note that the column headers are required, and must not be changed.
Feel free to use our template to fill out your listing info."
Please help, I completed the template file and I am trying to upload it as a csv file.

Hi there Joseph,
Sorry for the trouble! There could be a few things wrong here, but it is difficult to troubleshoot from just that error message. I would recommend reaching out to us at help@moz.com and attaching the spreadsheet you were trying to upload so that we can check on it. Thanks!

Does Moz Local update/correct business listings?
Moz Local distributes your business listing to the important data providers, but what if your business information is already in their database? Does Moz Local update this info for me, or am I still required to go through the manual process of doing this myself on the data providers website (for example, Yelp or Hotfrog)?

Moz Local showing wrong Acxiom Listing
Hey there -- The Acxiom listing that is showing up for a client in Moz Local isn't the clients business. It's showing a different law office. The only overlapping data is the city, state and zip code. For reference, the client has claimed their Acxiom business listing. Anything I can do to fix this? I can't even click on the listing from Moz.

Moz Local: How to Update Yahoo?
Hi - I am using Moz Local and trying to update a Yahoo local listing. The Moz link into Yahoo just leads to the Yahoo (Yext) paid service for multiple citation updates. How do you claim and update a Yahoo local business page? It looks like my page was automatically fed from Yelp to Yahoo, but there is no way to update anything in Yahoo without paying their fee. Help?

More than one set of hours per day in Moz Local
Is it possible to specify more than one sets of hours in Moz Local? For example, one of my clients is open 9:00-11:00am and 2:00-6:30pm one day a week. Can we include this in the hours field? They also have different hours for some of their staff vs others. I know that part is too complicated! I hope we can at least do two sets of open/close hours for one day, though. Has anyone done this successfully?
