My client nor I received any warning. We even had a google adwords team optimize the account and my rep does not yet know the reason for the ban. Not sure if its related but their google organic rankings dropped significantly at the same time.

Any advice here?
Do these Questions get indexed by google? I will ask my client if I can disclose the domain.
Is there any way around a permanent ban?
They were spending 50K per month. Is this enough to have any clout?

Your google rep should be able to tell you more then any of us about why you got banned

Barry and Ryan both make good points, and it really could be any number of things because there are so so many rules associated with AdWords. It really seems like there should have been a notification in the account or an email sent to the address/es associated with it.
Recently, I had a US-based nonprofit client run into an issue because they did not list on every page that any donations made were tax deductible, which it turns out is a requirement if your ads have anything remotely to do with donations. Thankfully, it was a very simple fix, but still, it caught us off-guard because we had not previously been aware of that stipulation.

The first issue is clearly determining the reason for the ban. The client should know the reason, but he may not want to share it. My suggestion would be to walk the client through the Google Guidelines and see which ones may have been violated.
If they are spending 50k/month, I would ask if the client has more then one Google adword account? It is a violation to use multiple accounts targeting the same words or offering the same page. Just an example but the rules are not all intuitive and really need to be reviewed.

Doubt we'll be able to tell you much without the site and since you already have a contact working on it then you're going to get better advice from them than us.
Read through the terms, make sure you nothing they don't like could possibly apply to you (be strict) and wait until your rep gets back to you.
EDIT - Assume there's no malware warning in WMT?
EDIT 2 - (since you updated the questions :])
Yes these questions get indexed.
Getting around the ban is at the mercy of Google. Sometimes yay, sometimes nay.
You'd like to think £50k a month would get you somewhere, but it's almost entirely arbitrary. If you get lucky with a good contact it is possible that you might get an answer to what you need to change, alternatively they may just ignore you until you go away. So many nightmare stories for adwords users out there it isn't funny.

Unsolved Google Ads - Subdomain on Sitelinks & Composition Change for Strategy Status
I have a basic query but could not find a definite answer on the internet. I am currently running a campaign for the main website of a big education brand and they also have a secondary learning website on subdomain, and I want to add sitelinks of subdomain to the campaign, but I am not sure whether it is allowed or not. The brand I am running ads for is https://www.rauias.com/ and the secondary website is https://compass.rauias.com/ branded slightly different in a subdomain, so should I add the sitelinks of Compass to the main campaign? Also one more silly question My Max Conversion search campaign gave me this status today. "Learning (composition change): Campaigns have been added to or removed from the bid strategy. Google Ads is now adjusting to optimize bids. 5 days left for learning" What does this mean exactly? And Why does it reenter the learning phase whenever I make a small change?

Setting a total monthly spend limit for the Adwords account
Hi, I manage a number of campaigns and even though I keep an eye on daily budget based on our monthly budget, I freak out thinking we would waste a lot more money accidentally. Is there a way how I can set a cap for the whole Adwords account so I will not go over, even if I leave daily campaign budgets on crazy amounts? Thanks. Regards, Katarina

Negative keywords on AdWords account, but mispelling in customer query still triggers ad. Possible to avoid?
Ok, So this really p*#%d me off the other day. I've built an extremely comprehensive list of Negative keywords for our trade bookbinding pages on Ad words. Amongst 100's of others, I've also included every City, Town, Village, and County in the UK so our Ads don't get triggered by local search intent. However, we're still getting clicks from searches like this one: **'binding services n worcestr' ** Question: If Google won't assume this is a misspelling of one of our Neg KW, how I can I possibly protect the account from this type of search? Is this something we just have to accept having KW's on broad match mod/ phrase match?

How would changing every title tag on your site at once affect SEO?
We are moving our website to a new CMS, and working with a vendor who would like to change the title tags from the current format to a breadcrumb structure. Our fear is that this may negatively impact the current optimization efforts in place. Our current title tags are a mixed bag of good, bad and neutral, but some have been optimized for best practices. Does anyone have any insight on the effect we would see if everything were changed at once, or any suggestions on how we could test this before we launch the "new" site? Thanks!

Adwords "seller reviews" not showing
We have been building up our reviews (with trustpilot) over the last few months, which has been picked up by google's reviews, and on the 2 July we passed the 30 reviews mark, (takes about a week or two before it shows the reviews on google reviews). So we have had + 30 reviews for over 6 weeks now, our score is 4.8/5 but are "Seller Reviews" is still not showing on our adwords. Is there any other reason our seller reviews would not be showing yet?

Adwords & Analytics Different Product Listing Results
Hi We have recently set up a Product Listings ad campaign via AdWords and have seen some impressive initial figures in our AdWords account. However, when viewing data from the same period in Analytics it shows completely different statistics. For example, from 1st-16th June, AdWords shows 604 clicks and 29 conversions from our Product Listings campaign but Google Analytics only shows 23 clicks and 0 conversions across the same period. Any ideas why these variations show? Is there any additional tracking code that needs to be inserted at all? Thanks

Whoa! Newsletter Subscription Form in Adwords Ad??? How can I do this?
I just googled the term "Mobile Lead Gen" and found this ad: http://cl.ly/260X3f0t1z1j1R1m212d Sweet! It has the subscription form signup directly within the Google Ad. Looks like Chrome even pre-populated my email address in the form. Does anyone know how to set this up within Adwords? I've never seen that option before. wXOGJ
