I'm having a problem with our campaign especially the crawl report. Because the last update is Nov 4 and isn't supposed to be updated weekly?

I already submit a helpdesk support ticket and even send a seperate e-mail regarding this issue but until now the report is still not updated.

Anybody here can help me raise this issue/

That was an issue, but the internal email from the helpdesk said they were all fixed. I'll contact the help desk and make sure they get back to you, so sorry this is still a problem.

Moz Crawl Report more urls?

Hi. I have used Moz Crawl Test and get my 3,000 urls crawled no issue. However, my site has more than that, is it possible to crawl the entire website? Alot of the crawl urls in the Moz test are search string urls and filters so Ive probably wasted about 2,500 urls on filter urls. Any advise or alternative software that wont cost a fortune?

How can I deal with tag page duplicate issues

The Moz crawler reported some dupliated issues. Many of them have to do with tags.
Each tag has a link, and as some articles are under several tags, these come up as duplicate content. I read Dr Peter's piece on Canonical stuff, but it's not clear to me if any of these are the solution. Perhaps the solution lies somewhere else? Maybe I need to block the robots from these urls (But that seems counter-SEO-productive) Thanks

Search issues

I often use the search tool to give comparisons from 1 company to another and recently have found it not working very well, i am constantly refreshing as it has the circle whirling round for many minutes at a time, it often brings up the results of searches I did earlier in the day or even the day before, and the overall time that it takes to bring up the information I have requested seems to be getting longer and longer. Now working in a face paced environment this can often loose an hour of my time each day just waiting on information that I have already entered several times. I feel that the quality of the service has just slowed down so much that I am now looking at other companies/tools to gain the same information, is there anything that has happened on your side recently that has caused this issue? are other users experiencing the same issue? is there anything that can be addressed to resolve this issue. Crawl report - duplicate page title/content issue

When the crawl report is finished, it is saying that there are duplicate content/page titles issues. However there is a canonical tag that is formatted correctly so just wondered if this was a bug or if anyone else was having the same issues? For example, I'm getting a error warning for this page http://www.thegreatgiftcompany.com/categories/categories_travel?sort=name_asc&searchterm=&page=1&layout=table

Report is showing 2 different domains?

Hello SEOMOZ Fam, I am trying to get a understanding on what is the best method for me to do moving forward. I am just noticing that my reports are showing data for both http://domain & http://www.domain which is what has been confusing me for this whole past month. I have just went into my control panel and redirected domains to be just http://domain....will me doing this redirect clean up my next crawl report next week or are there other steps I need to do with my domain or even my campaign? I think I chose root level for my campaign setting. Thanks so much n advance

Seomoz shows issue with canconical

Hi When I use the on-page research tool seomoz tells me I have an issue with the rel canconical tag pointing to the wrong url, but I have it set so that on this particular page it points to itself (as per recommendation from seomoz) full url is http://www.growingyourownveg.com/how-to-grow/garlic.html in head section i have <base href="http://www.growingyourownveg.com/"> Have I got this wrong? Google and Bing appear to accept it OK Thanks

How do I force a crawl?

In the campaign overview it reads that 0 pages were crawled. Also got an email saying that a comprehensive audit will be done in 7 days. But the 'crawl in progress' wheel disappeared. I think it stopped, and I need to submit that report to substantiate buying the tool! How do I force a crawl?

Why does my crawl report show just one page result?

I just ran a crawl report on my site: http://dozoco.com The result report shows results for just one page - the home page, but no other pages. The report doesn't indicate any errors or "do not follows" so I'm unclear on the issue, although I suspect user error - mine.
