Website traffic data miles behind
-
Just logged into one of my profiles to review my traffic data and the last traffic is for 9th Jan. Given it is now 22 this is far far from acceptable. Given the high monthly fee charged by this service why is the traffic data so far behind. If other services (cheaper services) can update their traffic data daily or even weekly why should I continue to use SEOMOZ.
The rankings, errors etc are all updated for the 21st of Jan so why not the traffic.

My Mister G,
I'm sorry for the confusion and issues with your traffic data. One thing to keep in mind is that traffic data is updated on a weekly basis and the week starts on Monday. Your traffic data will updated on Monday the 23rd and that's why it is currently a week off. Do keep in mind that even though it will update on Monday, it is not guaranteed what time it will actually update on Monday.
Another thing is that all this data is imported directly from Google Analytics and sometimes there can be a problem with the connection. The best thing to do in that scenario is to go into your campaign settings and disconnect, then reconnect. All of you data will be updated.
Hope that helps!
Kenny

Perplexed - Errors increasing, moz rank dropping, conflicting data from other sources. Please Help.
Hi there, I'm in a bit of a bind and could seriously do with some help. For the past month I've been working with a client to resolve errors onsite. In that period my moz rank has plummeted and my errors (dupe title & content) have increased dramatically. The correlation makes sense, the increase - not so much. Here's why, screaming frog is reporting that the majority of duplicate titles have been removed or dealt with. I've also got the assurance of the developer that the suggested changes are being implemented. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the CMS - umbraco - and this is the first time I'm working with this particular developer, so I'm not sure how to gauge progress without using moz tools. So, here are my immediate questions: 1. Why would I get different results from Screaming Frog and Rogerbot? 2. Has anyone here been in a similar situation and could they recommend areas to watch for errors creeping in? 3. Is there a way of identifying which errors have occurred when? Narrowing it down to the week each error occurred would be good enough. 4. Is anybody aware of any inherent SEO flaws in umbraco or common SEO mistakes made using the CMS? 5. is there anything I could provide you with to help you help me? 6. Do you have a suggestion? I'm pretty stuck. Thanks in advance.

How to trace 4XX errors in campaign data?
I am trying to resolve a number of 4XX (Client Error) issues noted in my campaign report, but I have no idea where they are originating. All I get is the broken link, the status code, the page authority and the number of linking root domains. How do I identify where the erroring link originates? Is it coming from within my website, or from an external website? I have gone through my site in great detail looking for these links, but can't find any evidence of them. I also use a broken link detection plugin and it reports no problems whatsoever. Is there a way I can drill down into these 404 links and get more detail about where they are coming from?

Curious, is there any way when browsing through your keywords to view each individual keyword by the search traffic that term receives?
When looking thru our keywords on our reports in SEOmoz, it would be really helpful to be able to rank keywords by major head terms and long tail terms. Is there any way to have the keyword's search traffic show up in the rankings report?

A suggestion to help with linkscape crawling and data processing
Since you guys are understandably struggling with crawling and processing the sheer number of URLs and links, I came up with this idea: In a similar way to how SETI@Home (is that still a thing? Google says yes: http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/) works, could SEOmoz use distributed computing amongst SEO moz users to help with the data processing? Would people be happy to offer up their idle processor time and (optionally) internet connections to get more accurate, broader data? Are there enough users of the data to make distributed computing worthwhile? Perhaps those who crunched the most data each month could receive moz points or a free month of Pro. I have submitted this as a suggestion here:
