The updates to the Competitive Domain Analysis were occuring every 7 days upto Jan 16.

When will the next updates be and how often is the new schedule?

The Competitive link analysis in campaigns cannot be updated more frequently than linkscape updates so there has not been a weekly. Because campaign reports come weekly, it seems that way, but not so. SEOmoz strives to crawl monthly, but this next one is the 29th after the 16th of Jan. being the previous date. Sooo, the web is getting wider it seems and there is a lot more to crawl.

Automatically Check List of Sites For Links To Specific Domain

Hi all, Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to put in a list of about 200 domains that are then checked for a link back to a specific domain? I know I can do various link searches and use Google site: command on a site by site basis, but it would be much quicker if there was a tool that could take the list of domains I am expecting a link on and then find if that link exists and if so on what page etc. Hope this makes sense otherwise I have to spend a day doing it by hand - not fun! Confused - SEOMoz Reporting On Different Domains?

I wasn't sure which report to set up on my domain, so I set up 2 different ones which now appear like this in the Dashboard under the Campaigns section: *mysite.com www.mysite.com I want to delete the wrong report, but I noticed that they produce two slightly different report results which is interesting. My domain does not have any subdomains - which report should I delete?

Can anybody point me to an OSE tutorial blog on Competitive Analysis?

I came across a few blogs which got me started here on an SEOmoz Pro account and now I am working on building a competitive link analysis spreadsheet in Excel in order to identify how are competitors are beating us in Google rankings for specific keywords. Which domain to use? nichecity.es , nichecity.net or niche.cat ?

Hi, I must warm you that I am lame as hell in this SEO buisness. I just kinda made (not finished yet) my first wordpress site for a female art therapist friend of mine based in Barcelona, Spain who wants to have an internet presence and get some consulting clients. I made a little research through adwords keyword tool and found out "arteterapia barcelona" (medium competence, 390 local searches) is a reasonable niche with medium competence (0,62) but the other keywords are just for people trying to know what art therapy is or try to become art therapist themselves (cursos -courses-, master, etc). Then there is "arte terapia barcelona" which gives roughly the same results (high competence -0,72-, 390 local searches). She is not ready yet to offer courses and anyway I thought I would focus on organic positioning her with keywords "arteterapia barcelona" and maybe "arte terapia barcelona" but do a multilngual website as it is an added asset for customers. My guess is people who look for an arttherapist in Barcelona use these keywords: either "arteterapia barcelona" or "arte terapia barcelona" (in english "arttherapy barcelona") as "arteterapeuta barcelona" (in english, "art therapist barecelona") gives NO RESULTS whatsoever ¿??¿? So I (maybe a mistake to start with) got some free webspace from 000webhost.com and the free domain arteterapia.hostoi.com , installed wordpress and built a website from scratch with a variation of twenty eleven wordpress theme. When I realized arteterapia.cat was still available I kinda panicked and bought it right away (maybe a mistake). But as I want to organically position arteterapia AND barcelona I bought arteterapiabarcelona.es and .net (com is not available). The thing is, I don't know which one to use or them all. Frankly, I don't know where to start. Should I try to position each page separately? Or just alternate using "arte terapia" and "arteterapia" throughout the site? Should my priority now be to choose one of these (probably arteterapiabarcelona.es) and try to get some backlinks or use them all? Are.cat domains as powerful for people doing searches in catalonia region as .es for people doing searches in spain? Should she use Adsense? Any good tutorial on how to calculate the cost of that¿ Sorry again for the probably lame questions. And thanks. I do appreciate your help A LOT. Miguel

Freaked out over domain authority ranking drop.

Should I be freaked out that website's domain authority dropped 4 points? Is it normal for websites to fluctuate a couple of points or have I really screwed something up?

Domain & Page Authority of brand new site?

Something I always do to assess how easy/difficult it will be for a clients site to rank against competitors is to compare domain and page authority scores with the scores of the competitors on page 1. This is great when Moz have spidered my clients site and can provide scores but what about where a clients site is brand new with only a few natural links? Anyone suggest a ball park figures for Domain authority on brand new websites?

On Page Analysis and Grading

I received an email that my on page analysis for my campaigns were completed. But when I click on the link there are no grades there. What does that mean? Another question on this topic....when your campaign is graded are pages graded on all the keywords in the campaign or is each keyword graded invidividually? Thanks!
