Do pages that are in Googles supplemental index pass link juice?

I was just wondering if a page has been booted into the supplemental index for being a duplicate for example (or for any other reason), does this page pass link juice or not?

As far as my knowledge is concerned about supplemental index. Google has two types of indexes, the main index and the supplemental index. And site can be in supplemental index because of any of the following reason:
duplicate content
low/thin quality content
lack of quality links (most obvious reason)
as far as the passing of link juice is concerned so I don't think Google passes any link juice.
This is the high to improve your link portfolio with high quality (irrespective or PR) links and remove all junk code and content from your website.

Yeah Aaron Wall over at SEObook tackled this, and it appears the end result was if any, it would be very small.

I would agree, as since Google thinks it is "less important" then it would pass less rank.
But I believe all this could ever be is speculation without rigorous testing.

I don't know if there is a way to test that. I would guess no. Or it would be a miniscule amount.

Why wont google Index this page?
A week ago i accidentally changed this page settings in my CMS to "disable & dont index" as i was going to replace this page with another, but this didnt happen, but i forgot to switch the settings back! http://www.over50choices.co.uk/funeral-planning/funeral-plans Anyhow in an effort to get it back up quickly i submitted in GWTs but its still not indexed. Linking to CMS page ID
Hi all, Is it that detrimental to SEO if you link to the CMS page ID of a URL rather than the text URL of a page even if when you look at the source code Google sees it as a text URL? Thanks! 🙂

Example of Google Indexing my Feedburner Links
As you can see, there are 2 results for the same page. No-follow links on advertising pages
Hi I run a job board that enables employers to post job vacancies and information about their organisations. These are 'paid for' pages (advertising) on our site. These link out to their own websites. My question is, would it be better for these links out to their sites to be no-follow? From my site's perspective, I cannot necessarily dictate the quality of their websites (although the majority are leading firms) as I would in article and feature content, where we do happily link out and refer to other quality sites with information that gives readers further information. I know that many large job boards do this where they run listings of feeds from other sites, but should we also do this at the page level where the link out is effectively paid for. What would be the pros and cons if I do or if I don't use no-follow? I hope this makes sense and look forward to some replies. Many thanks

Link Juice
When we say "link juice", does it mean that a particular page has link juice ( due to backlinks pointing towards the page ) or each link on that page has link juice which it passes to the target page I suppose "link juice " is different from Pagerank ?

Does Google pass link juice a page receives if the URL parameter specifies content and has the Crawl setting in Webmaster Tools set to NO?
The page in question receives a lot of quality traffic but is only relevant to a small percent of my users. I want to keep the link juice received from this page but I do not want it to appear in the SERPs.

What do you do about links to constantly moving pages?
One of the sites I work for is an employment site, they have a job database and the job pages tend to get links. The problem is that every time one of these jobs is filled, the job page goes away. What should I do to keep the value from these links?
