Basically looks good to the best of my knowledge. A couple suggestions (keep in mind these are merely my opinion)
-I would check the box to disable the date-based archives. Make category archives the only one you use.
-I have no idea why, but I have noticed on every site I manage that unless you check the box "force rewrite titles" Google never seems to crawl them properly and adds a bunch of crap to the title of every post, such as your blog name and description. Also, at the time of writing your posts, when you're editing the SEO info, make sure you click the button that says "generate SEO title."
-Make sure any other SEO plugins are disabled! -
Ok. Thank you !!!!
Can you please look at these screenshots of my Yoast WordPress SEO settings

They have a small use in that they can help your readers find posts closely related to a more specific topic than your categories. Honestly, most blog readers don't even use them. But some do, so it can't hurt to have them as long as they're not indexed.

Great !!! Yes i did tha with Yoast WordPress SEO. so why people use Tags ?
can they help to get better good for my blog ?
thank you !!!!

It's generally agreed that a best practice is to noindex tag pages because they create duplicate and thin content issues and have little use in general. If you were to noindex these pages, then of course you wouldn't want or need to fill in that information.

Deleting Tags Properly - Advice Needed
I have over 18,000 tags. Needless to say, most of them are relatively useless to the user and generate no traffic, while cluttering the site. (I use Wordpress.) My plan is to delete tags, but I want to do so safely as to not accumulate website errors. (Tags pages are noindexed.) What process should I take here? Here was my basic plan (any help is appreciated). 1. Find irrelevant tags that are connected with hardly any posts. 2. Go into the post, and remove said tag. 3. Now, with a tag having a 'count' of 0, I go into Tags, and delete it. Safe, right? But now it seems those tag pages just turned into 404s "Uh-oh...Page not found!" Where do I go from here? Create 410's? Thanks Mike

Shopify Canonicals for Tagged Filters
I've been researching this topic endlessly and thought I had arrived at a solution but Screaming Frog indicates my solution was not successful. Problem: I used tags to filter my collections pages. The result, I discovered, was the creation of dozens and dozens, maybe hundreds, of additional collection URLs for each possible permutation of tag filters. I would like to make the collection page URL, with no tag filters, the canonical. Proposed Solution: Â I found the following code described somewhere as the solution: {% if template contains 'collection' and current_tags %} {% else %} {% endif %} However, I crawled my site with Screaming Frog and found that the canonical link element is still listed as the URL with the tags included. Â The crawler does recognizes the "noindex" instruction. Â Any ideas on what the best move is here?

Meta tag Syntax
Hi, This might seem silly. What is the correct syntax for the meta tag used when noindexing webpages? I have "". Â I have seen it both with and without the forward slash before the greater than sign. Â Does it make any difference if the forward slash is present or not? Cheers

My SERP meta description is displaying 315 characters...
Hi Mozzers, We have recently taken the #2 spot for our main keyword in Google UK serp. I just checked again and we have dropped to #4 and our meta description is no longer there as it has been replaced with some homepage content... 315 characters of homepage content right up to the full stop. I'm a little confused. A couple of our competitors meta descriptions are showing the same, extra long homepage text instead. Is there something totally normal and harmless causing this or do I need to be monitoring/changing something? Has Google made an update to allow for longer meta decs? Any advice appreciated! sWrBcuB.png

Phone number in Meta Description - Is it a good idea?
Is it a best practice to place your company's phone number in the meta description for a page? Are there any rules as to what is acceptable for meta tags? One of our competitors recently started doing this but for some reason I think it might be against Google's guidelines. They (competitor) is also engaging in web spam, plagiarizing our content, Â and other black hat techniques so I'm leery of anything they do.

Webmasters tools - Need to update every time you add a new product/page to an ecommerce
Hi guys, I run an ecommere store and we are constantly receiving and uploading new products. Do we need to update the sitemap every time we upload a product? Google Webmasters tools shows that the number of URLs received is higher than the number of indexed URLs. They should match right? Thanks and regards
