Today I updated my profile and now it is 100% complete. But still my Moz Point is showing as 0(Zero). Please let me know when it'll get updated?

I think its take a day for the points to be applyed ( I think I thats what happened when I filled mine out)

could be a bug with the new site update, I'd send them a nice short note directly. OR just hang around, moz crowd are bound to see this sooner or later and officially address it for ya.

UPDATE/EDIT: seems to be a new feature for points to be delayed... or more than likely just a bug. BEFORE, they were added instantly. tonight, well, see the image attached and red rectangles...

How to fix Moz assigning the wrong keyword to a page

Somehow the Moz tool has assigned the main keyword here this to my Google Structured Data Update page. Most likely, I missed something which caused the error. "Keyword np - /google-structured-data-update/" This is for my page titled "Announcement of Google algorithm updates Impact SEO techniques"The canonical tag links to https://www.hillwebcreations.com/google-algorithum-updates-impact-seo-tactics/ as it should, so I am wondering how to update the keyword Moz associates this page with.Any leads to solving this would be appreciated.

Site down: "high CPU usage is due to the large traffic generated from Moz

My client's site is down and the web host gives says that Moz is the reason why. "The fact that your site was limited is because the traffic generated by Moz. This is why I have suggested to block their IP addresses." Now we have unblocked the IP addresses and as you can see your site was limited again. Is anyone else experiencing a lot of bugs in moz?

It seems like there have been a lot of bugs in moz over the last couple of days - is anyone else experiencing anything similar? Scheduled reports have sections coming through blank, same thing happens when trying to edit the module in the report - it's just blank. Yesterday, trying to use the KW explorer the SERP portion of the tool would not work and the metrics gathering seemed to be endless. Also been receiving various error messages across many different reports

Crawl Limit Question

I'm a little confused as to how the crawl limit works. Since there seems to be a 10K per week max, the crawl limit can't be per week, so what is the time period? Also, does that include crawling sites entered as competitors? Right now I'm at 14/25 sites and most of them are under 1,000 pages so I'm not sure how I hit that limit (other than a one-time spike of 28,000 in November).

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ

I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.

How to get in contact with moz about my report content?

Just logged into moz to view my reports as i got an email about a new report went into my dashboard and nothing is coming up. Is there any way i can get in direct contact with moz?

Moz login token, time to live...

Suspect it's just a wrinkle as a result of the change from seomoz to moz, but on seomoz the remember me checkbox had a time to live of a few weeks, possibly a month, which was excellent. Since the great rebranding and migration (which is excellent by the way), time to live from ticking remember me is in the order of a couple of hours, which is pretty annoying. Any chance the web folks could bump it up a little, better yet put it back to 30 days? 🙂
