On page SEO Strategy / What pages to use?

What is the best page to use for targeting your hard to rank keywords?
The keyword phrases in question here are "Acrylic Tank Manufacturing", "Custom Aquariums", & "Acrylic Aquariums"
As of right now we have created 3 separate pages for each one of these keyword phrases.

http://www.seaquaticaquariums.com/custom-aquariums/acrylic-aquariums/ for "Acrylic Aquariums"
http://www.seaquaticaquariums.com/services/acrylic-tank-manufacturing/ for "Acrylic Tank Manufacturing"
Or are we better of using the home page http://www.seaquaticaquariums.com/ for the our main hard to rank for terms. Generally speaking I would think more people will link to our home page.

A quick leeds form is not really an option in our business. To get an idea of what a customer wants it takes nearly a complete page. Perhaps we could put a "GET A QUOTE" link in the header. Maybe this would increase conversions.
The blog is a great idea. We will work on implementing this right away.
Obviously our home page is the most engaging. My concern is that optimizing internal pages with a lower user experience will lead to lower conversions. Based on this should we try to optimize our home page for the heavy hitting keywords.
Right now our bounce rate from the home page is right around 30%. My guess is that it will be more if people start landing on the internal pages that are not as attractive.

More relevant copy? What I said is add more content on the service pages which simply means that current content on the page is too short to convert! Try to add more engaging and encouraging content for the targeted audience to convert.
If there is a possibility of reducing the total number f images per page... then go ahead and do that but there is no hard and fast rule for it! But more importantly add image alt names so that images can be indexed and ranked by Google engine accordingly!
Addition of keywords on the website copy is fine but adding too many times can hurt your SEO and also known as over optimization.
I believe for businesses like this quick leads form usually work... you can give it a try to see if lead ratio gets improved!
Yes, I am advising you to start a blog... social media is one thing but blog actually helps you get rankings for long tail key phrases and at the same time engaging and educational content on the blog will help targeted audience to convert.

Ok, in my previous experience for many websites under different niches, pages that does not contain commercial content tend to contain more links then service pages and for some obvious reasons you can get most results on the home page.
I believe at the end of the day you need this website to produce leads no matter if home page ranked or inner pages (correct me if I am wrong!)
To start I would say your current strategy of creating separate page is fine but here are the following things that I see missing on your website.
- More content should be needed on the targeted pages
- Images should be light and properly optimized
- Be careful about over optimization
- Leads form is missing on the targeted service pages
- Non-Commercial pages do not exist... I believe having a blog is necessary for grabbing quality links as well as converting potential clients!

You'd have to have more text on your home page to optimize for all three. My home page has about 250 words which is the least amount of words for all pages of my site. As a general summary / introduction without being specific, I think it's harder to get more on home page, especially without making it look contrived or convoluted. I notice some of your other pages have plenty more text. I'd say leave it as it is or go for 2 at most perhaps, but not 3 or else you have a real mind-bender to make it look natural.

Using Canonical Tags on Every Page
I'm doing competitive research and noticed that one of our competitors (who outranks us) uses canonical tags on every page on their site. The canonical tags reference the page they are on. Static pages with dynamic content: Good for SEO?
I wanted to know ones thoughts on reducing duplication by creating a static page with a few dynamic fields. Has anyone done this? If 75% of a page is static and 25% is dynamic, is that a good ratio? It's an idea I am thinking about to combat duplication issues affecting ecommerce pages. Some ecommerce sites generate a new page for a small change like size, but the content is the same. What if you could create a single static page and depending on the size chosen, only those fields connected to the size are dynamic? Everything else remains the same. For caching purposes, you always submit a cached page with default values. Wouldn't this work? Isn't this a solution for duplicate ecommerce pages? It would also help in ranking, rather than multiple external links across duplicate ecommerce pages, it would just be to a single page.

Need SEO Advice for different languages and How to optimize the page
Hello. Currently we have an ecommerce site that sells shoes online in France. The site is in English. Say the keyword is shoes and our page is example.com/shoes it;s perfectly fine to optimize that page for keyword of "shoes". Now, what about french keyword of shoes "chaussures" ? How do i optimize it? Should i create a different page or just edit the same page with keyword of "chaussures" in title tag etc? What is the best way to go about doing this? Thanks

Pages exclusion
Hi there! I don't want to "make relevan"t 3 of the pages my website has. Should I give them a title and a description even if I dont't want them to be shown in the SERPs? Is there any penalty from google if I don't do so? I guess no but just to confirm. Thanks!

Landing Pages
Howdy Guys, We currently have around 19 landing pages that are near enough identical for each make of car. The content on each page isn't identical but you can tell its a template. Do you think we should change this and just target models instead of makes. Thanks, Scott

On-Page SEO Priorities: Title's, Anchor Text or Meta data?
**Any suggestions for prioritized on-page SEO work? Relative weights of importance? ** **What is most important from highest to lowest? ** MetaTag Descriptions? Titles? Anchor Text? Alt Text - for images? Anything else? We might not be able to do everything at once like I desire ......but I do feel we should at least get the ball moving in the right direction. I am looking for ideas or suggestions on what to prioritize for a little bit of on-page SEO work on our website. I personally feel that SEO is pretty important but I am a novice. I have been reading this site the past week and want to convince my webpage guy that on-page SEO is important and that we should at least do a few things and gradually get the work done. Rightfully so our #1 priority is to redesign our landing pages (they are bad) . I also think we should do a little On-Page work concurently. (Lack of on-page SEO is also preventiing me from successfully submitting and being accepted by Dmoz, Yahoo, BOW etc) He is mainly a back engine guy and does a very good job with that. If I were to TELL him to do a few prioritized on-page SEO things what would you suggest? He did do something on the home page at my suggestion but that is all to this point. Why does http://www.southernhearth.com rank so well for patio furniture and outdoor furniture?
I was looking at the competitiveness of ranking for the keywords "patio furniture" & "outdoor furniture" and was shocked to see www.southernhearth.com ranking so well. While I am just getting into the research, I was unable to see anything that would justify it's rank. What are your thoughts?

Has anyone with a high number of home page tiles been effected by the panda/farmer update?
One of the sites I'm working on seems to have dropped a few spots in rankings. It has numerous home page tiles, but they are not really advertising; just links to different sections on the site. Does anyone think that might be a factor in the rankings drop?
