Why Moz Pro Campaign overview display not properly?

when i browse my campaign, i see like this on my computer

Things will be fixed in about the next two hours. A workaround is to use a different computer for the moment, so the DNS isn't cached with the bad CSS.

We have had some CSS issues this morning, it's in the process of being fixed if it's not already fix (I haven't totally caught up on that email thread yet). Sorry for the troubles!

We are experiencing the same issue with out clients' reporting. I look forward to a response from Moz this morning about this issue.

Moz Pro Warning: Redirect Chain
I have just signed up to a Moz Pro account, and after it finished crawling my website it gave me a warning about a redirection chain. http://elementpaints.com >> https://elementpIaints.com >> https://www.elementpaints.com I'm trying to find some more information about how to fix this problem but I'm not having much luck. This article I found even says it is not a problem: https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/avoid-landing-page-redirects So now I'm even more confused, do I still need to fix this? If so, how do I do that? A difficult keyword displays a difficulty of 3, why?
I´m new to Moz and I was using the keyword analysis tool. When I put a generic term for my country (cheap phones, buy samsung galaxy, etc.) which is obviously one of the most wanted and competitive keywords, MOZ displays a difficulty level of 3 and an opportunity of 100, indicating it´s easy to rank for it, when the main competitors are big transnational companies. Why is this? What do you suggest? Thank you!

Does Moz provide more than just the SEO Tool?
We've received a lot of good info about our website using the Moz analytic tools but I'm curious to know if Moz provides consulting services on how to implement changes based on the data. Basically, Moz gave me the "what", I need some direction on the "how" and does Moz have the in house capabilities to assist with the "who" can do the actual work.

Campaign set-up is stalling at GA connection.
