Hi! If you've added the campaign in Moz Analytics, it won't be available in the PRO version of things. That's just the way things are set up right now. Sorry for any confusion.

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of bugs in moz?

It seems like there have been a lot of bugs in moz over the last couple of days - is anyone else experiencing anything similar? Scheduled reports have sections coming through blank, same thing happens when trying to edit the module in the report - it's just blank. Yesterday, trying to use the KW explorer the SERP portion of the tool would not work and the metrics gathering seemed to be endless. Also been receiving various error messages across many different reports

Why is it such a hassle to access Moz campaigns from the frontpage of Moz? How can MOZ be so awesome and at the same time be so annoying? Does Moz have UX designer working with them?

Do I have account access after my free trial ends?

Hi guys, Will I still have access to my account and the stats after my free trial ends and I decide not to purchase? My boss is leaving town for a month and I want to be able to give him a tour, show him numbers, etc. Aside from building new campaigns and having data updated, will I still have access to the account? Campaign lost connection to Google analytic's

Hi, I have a website that I has two Campaigns, one is its performance in the UK and the other is in America. Both of these project use to work and gather information from Google analytic's but recently the UK campaign has started saying it can not connect to Google analytic's and stopped providing information. The problem is both the UK and US campaigns use the same analytic's tracking code and the US campaign can still gather Google analytic's information so I know the tracking information is correct still.
why can the UK campaign no longer connect properly? Thank you in advanced.

How do I make sure my account doesn't auto-renew

Our account is up for renewal in 10 days, but I want to switch off the auto-renewal. How do I do this? I've tried to resolve the issues we're having with support but am getting nowhere. Was promised an update on Friday but no-one got back to me. These issues have been going on for months. Fed up of paying for something we're no longer getting. I've been recommending Moz for years, but things really seem to have slipped lately. Sorry to air this publicly but my frustration, waiting for replies and not getting what we're paying for are spilling over. A very unhappy paying customer.
