How do I get the SERP overlay tool to work?

I have the SEOMoz toolbar installed. In the settings I have a tick next to Display SERP Overlay. When I first activated this it showed up but with no data just continually searching for a long time. Now it is not showing up at all.
This is such a great tool, how can I get it working?

Ok I tried this and at first it did not seem to work. Now it is working. Maybe the only missing peice to the puzzle was turning my computer on and off?? Anyway the toolar now looks different to the other one and the SERP Overlay tool is working. Big thanks.

Life is easier with FF 3.6.

I'm in Australia too. Maybe try re-installing Firefox from scratch. Delete cache, uninstall Firefox, download latest version, install and download seomoz add-on.

I'm using the firefox 4.0.1, Would locaton matter being from Austraila??

I had a similar problem with Firefox 4.0.1. I had to log out from SEOmoz & Google, clear cache, cookies, remove the SEOmoz add-on from Firefox, then reinstall and log back in. After that it worked perfectly.

How to use the Basic SERP to figure out what keywords to target
I'm looking at the SERP report trying to figure out what keywords I should try to rank for and I am having difficulty understanding if I could be competitive in the space. For example I have a new website that has a PA1 and DA1 rank I plan on developing great content and then working on securing quality backlinks for that content. In order to start this process I'm doing my keyword research and I am finding keywords, both short and longtail that I would like to target via Google Keyword Planner. I'm punching them in to see the competition and SERP. This is where I fall short. How do I use this information to identify or rule out what to pursue. I guess I am looking for some criteria or guide to help me begin to figure out or filter out what is the best keyword to pursue that will give me the best odds of success. If anyone can help me I would be eternally greatfull. We are a small company (startup) and it is up to me to make this work. YES - I have read everything that I can find - guides, and I have not run accross an answer. Thanks in advance

Good ranking tool for RU?
I use SEOMoz to track my rankings in RU, but there are a few problems: 1 - SEOMoz doesnt offer Yandex tracking 2 - When exporting rankings to CSV it only shows the keywords in EN characters and looks something like this ??asad&$ Any suggestions for a better tool to use for RU? Thanks!

Rankings Report not working
Hi (What happened to the User Voice feedback in PRO campaign reports? Another cutback because of scalability?) I'm getting sent here for Help on the reports It's Friday morning here in France ; I'm preparing a meeting with a client and as part of this I want their Rankings Report from the campaing I set up for them month's ago Half the keywords are showing up as "SAT" ; the message at the top says "Your keywords are updated weekly on Saturday. The last update was January 26th, 2013" They're not new keywords, if I click on them I get historic data up untill January 19th I'm guessing you had a problem on January 26th but why not put January 19th rankings rather than SAT ? Getting your site totally indexed by SEOMOZ
Hi guys! Ijust started using SEOMOZ software and wondered how it could be that my site has over 10.000 pages but in the Pro Dashboard it only indexed about 1500 of them. I've been waiting a few weeks now but the number has been stable ever since. Is there a way to get the whole site indexed by SEOMoz software? Thanks for your answers!

Competitive Link Analysis Tool?
Hi, I ran a competitive link analysis report today and back came quite a few domains that 2 or more of my 5 main competitors link from. Is it worth me submitting links to these sites? And would i be best served submitting my homepage URL or submitting a brand page such as Creative Recreation Trainers? I want to target that brand but don't want to do it if my main URL is better? Is there a way to get the SEO campaign crawl to run from outside the US?
We are working on a international site that uses IP redirection. I am currently trying to crawl and monitor the Australian version of the site, however the pro-campaign crawler is running from the US and only giving me US data. Is there a way to tell the crawler to run through a local proxy so we can track international versions? Thanks!

SEO pro tool ranking section
Hi, I look this morning on the rank checker for my site and it said 127 KW's had improved with 11 Declining. Just refreshed it..... 105 improved with 60 declining???? Why is this - i havent changed anything with the past wk!!!! thanks
