I've received your email about Moz Local. A fantastic tool but it does not allow you to download a template. Clicking 'Download this template' simply reloads the page.

I am testing it under incognito mode of Chrome with no add-ons

I have been trying to upload my .CSV file to moz local for hours now. I am using the template and saving in .CSV format. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the heads-up. We just deployed a fix for this, and the download for the CSV should be up and running. Woohoo!

Inaccurate results in MOZ Rank Tracker

Hello, We recently ran a test on Rank Tracker and got a result indicating that the page in question was in position #17. We did a manual check on a Google USA SERP for the query, and found that we weren't in results where the tool had indicated. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this discrepancy? My page cant be crawled by MOZ

Hi everyone, I have a page named zita.vn. Im using Moz to do SEO for the page, but when I use On-page grader in MOZ, I got an error that the page cant be accessed. Additionally, I got an issue with page crawling. Google search still crawl my page normally. Please help. Thanks a lot.

Moz Pro Question: Does the amount of keywords you are allowed to search reset each month?

I am a Moz Pro subscriber and I really love the new Keyword Explorer tool. One question I have that I couldn't find a clear answer was regarding the number of monthly keyword queries. Do they reset each month? I hope they do.

Moz bar problem?

I have a little problem regarding Moz bar. I had a FB and Twitter account earlier for my company. I have lost access to those accounts. Also they did'nt had my likes and followers (less than 10). My current Fb and Twitter account are active. Fb has 123 Like. And that the same account I am mentioned on my website. Still MozBar is only detecting that earlier account. Is there a way I could re-direct moz bar to my new accounts? thanks

Moz Toolbar not working in either Chrome or Firefox

Moz Toolbar not working in either Chrome or Firefox. I've updated both browsers, uninstalled and reinstalled the toolbar, just get nothing (see image link).

Is there a good local competitive analysis tool for the UK

Hello Mozers I have learnt from the forum about the competitive analysis tool http://www.51blocks.com/online-marketing-tools/free-local-analysis/ and followed the link - only to find that it is for the US. I'm in the UK and need to access this for google.uk - does anyone know of a UK equivalent? Could I also check with the forum to ask the question that got me into this in the first place. It's probably a daft question. For the Ranking report in Moz, do I just need to put the local city name in front of the keyword to get the local rank. I have been doing this and assuming it's ok, and my local ranking does show up. Thanks Catherine

Have any insight into why our Moz Rank dropped?

I'm working on a site with a very low domain authority to start and in viewing our historical MozRank comparison to competitors I see that we had a MozRank between 2 and 3 two months ago, but now have a MozRank of 0. What could have triggered this dropoff? It's clear we need to boost domain authority, but we have never had any so we're no worse in that department now than we were two months ago. New website launched 3 weeks ago but not sure what Moz Analysis is telling me?

Hi 3 weeks ago I re-branded and completely changed the proposition on www.over50choices.co.uk as the URL is appropriate to the proposition. And whilst it looks good I am unsure what the Moz Tools are telling me, other than it doesnt look good? There should be about 163 pages, but Moz reports over 500 due to i think so many 301's? Plus most pages under the HTTP Status reports No Data! Most of the the 404's are from the old site. Webmaster Tools say 163 pages submitted but only 2 indexed, but on site:search it says about 117 but 40+ of these are the old site. It looks a mess...! Sleepless nights have started - any thoughts!?
