Moz Local Validation

I am trying to list my business under Moz Local.  I have filled out all of the documentation and had no errors.  However I am stuck on Validation.  It says "We were unable to validate the following listings on either Google or Facebook Places."  I have checked both my google and facebook pages they are up to date with the most current address.  Any ideas where the problem may be?

Same Issue here. All loads up fine and get stuck at validation. Should I send along the .csv? facebook page is emh3.com luxury real estate which works fine. Many thanks.

The practice and the practitioner are at the same location, is there anything that I can do from my end to speed up the process.

Please send us the CSV that you're using to the Help team. We should be able to figure it out from there.

Dudley, I am actually having the same issue with a listing called Mustang Contracting (Dallas, TX).  Can you look into that?

I took a look at the listing you've uploaded. We're confusing the practice against a practitioner at the same location. We're actively working on fixing this issue. Sorry about the validation issue.
