CSV Reports Reports comming up blank

I was running some backlink reports in OSE and exporting them on different domains (external only, root domain), the first exported fine, but the last 3 have been blank ( one was a redo incase it was just a one off error).

No keywords displayed for site in Keywords by Site or in CSV report. Why?

We have a site that we ran in On-Demand Crawl and Keyword Explorer. On-Demand Crawl revealed some information. However Keyword Explorer did not. We know there are ranking keywords for the site but no such keywords were detected by Moz. However, when we ran Link Explorer, 12 ranking keywords were detected and associated with the site. Why is there a discrepancy between these two reports? Thank you in advance.

Open Site Explorer Showing Blank Screen

Hi Moz Community, When I go to search for backlinks for any site, I am getting a blank screen after starting the search. This is happening to every search I perform for any URL or root domain. It's been happening for about a week now and I am not able to find any solutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Ryan

Open Site Explorer Messge - Mysite.com redirects to www.mysite.com

Hello All, When I plug in my site's URL http://mysite.com ( Not my actual URL of-course) into the OpenSiteExplorer tool I get the following message: "You entered the URL http://Mysite.com which redirects to http://www.Mysite.com/.
Because it's likely to have more accurate metrics, we're showing data for the redirected URL instead.
Click here to analyze http://Mysite.com instead?" Not sure why I am getting this message. On my hosting server, I have defined my preferred domain to be the non-www. version. I have also used a Canonical Tag on Mysite.com/index.html file ( ). In addition, on Google Search Console ( Webmaster Tools ) , I have added both the www. and non-www. properties, where on both property settings, I have defined the non-www. version as my preferred one. Also, on my server, I have not implemented any 301 redirects at all. So my questions are: Why am I receiving this message when plugging in my non-www. URL version of my website into OpenSiteExplorer? Is my DA or PA possibly being split up between the two versions as a result? Should I be concerned? How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Where can I see the list of the new backlinks reported?

In my dashboard I see a +875 in external links. Now they are 1,130. This sounds worrying rother than good news! I'd like to get an explaination but how can I see where these links come from? And when? How can be explained a steep increase in the link count from the last index? Also, a minor question, where can I find the increase percentage? I am able to see only the absolute count.

SERP Report Conflicting Itself

I looked up a a keyword phrase, and ran the SERP report. In the top 10, one of the companies had a 100 DA, but then on the bottom of the report (and when I checked OSE) it had 29. Why the discrepancy? I included screen shots to illustrate what I mean. Thanks, Ruben VzD5d1a cZXsISs

OSE Says I have 3,115 total links but I can only export 660 via advanced reports

Hi Everyone! My site (http://carwow.co.uk) has 3,115 total links according to OSE, I need to export them all but advanced reports export will only give me 660. Please advise! Thanks, James

Advanced Inbound Links Report - hanging at 99,450?

Hi, the rest of my report seemed to process quickly, but now it's at 99,450,
it doesn't seem to be processing further. It's been about 12 hours since requesting the report, any ideas? Thanks!
