Best practice to consolidate two Google accounts

Hello,
I have two Google accounts.
Account1 is XYZ@gmail.com - This account is used for Gmail, Blogger, Google Photo etc...
Account2 is YXZ@companyname.com - This account is where Adword, Google Analytics, Webmaster etc..
I'd like to know the SEO best practice and how to use these two accounts. I know that Google currently don't have account consolidation feature. What are my options to merge these two account? I already have the blogger site in GA and webmaster.

Google Analytics can share or get the account itself to another user. You can use this process for have access to your stats in both accounts, or move the stats to the gmail one. But this is only valid if you have only this property on the account. You cannot get a property to another user, you need to give the entire account. Also, a google account can have multiple analytics account (The first number, for example, GA-XXXXXX), and a analytics account can have multiple properties (The second number, for example, GA-XXXXXX-1). You can give access to another user to any property or a complete account, but you can only give the entire account to another user (For changing owner).
Webmaster tools, also, allows multiple users to have access to their stats. You only need to authorize the another account, or validate as a separate one.
There's no difference at SEO level for using one or two google accounts. If you like to get all your services in only one account, you can only do it with your gmail account, because you cannot move or authorize gmail for other users. Also, you can mantain the two accounts, and access to all services with gmail one, because services as adwords, analytics, adsense, webmaster and others leave you the option to authorize more users.

I have a client who needs an online library for articles, PDFs, videos, and audio. Hi Guys, I am running an audit for a client and one of the things I investigate is if they have a Google and BING webmaster tools . Also I am trying to detect if they have submitted any XML sitemaps. How do you eliminate negative "Searches Related To This" on Google?
I have a client who when you type in their company name in Google there are some negative terms in the space that says "Searches related to this" ... Is there any way to eliminate these? We are not sure why it is showing up since it has nothing to do with their company but it does look bad...

Local SEO Practice: Creating a Fictitious Business?
Has anyone tried fabricating a fake, brick-and-mortar store as an SEO experiment? Sort of along the lines of what Starwood is doing (check out this Wikipedia experiment with the Test Galaxy Sheraton), but with a legitimate physical address and all? Was it useful? And are there any potential legal troubles that could arise from borrowing a vacant address? I'm thinking this could be helpful for my Intern to gain practical experience in local SEO, without the politics of working for a client But I wouldn't want to blight that address for future occupants if the experiment went horribly awry. We could instead offer pro bono services to a small business with a limited web presence – that would be useful to her, and constructive. But I'd like to have a better understanding of what signals Google looks for when deciding whether to index a website in local search, and see whether possible to dupe those algos. What are your thoughts, Mozzers? .

How do I get Google to crawl white papers that displays a form for human visitors? I have been looking into this and understand that I need to set the form up as a GET form which has been done. Google said they want you to "avoid" forms that require personal information but to what extent do they want you to do that? The form is used as a lead generator so we need to collect information such as name, company name, email, ect.The information we require currently is: Name, Company name, Email, Phone Number and Number of employees. Once a user puts in their information they have access to the rest of the content and they don't need to re-enter the information in so I assume once Google gets past this feature they can gain access to the rest of the content. I understand that I need to have a form that doesn't ask for personal information which is the dilemma. So what should we do to work around this? Is there a solution that will allow me to obtain some personal information while still allowing Google to crawl the pages? Thoughts and any feedback is much appreciated, TJ
