Identifying Recently Added Links?
-
Is there a way to see specifically which links were added in my campaign?
I noticed that this week we have 133 new links that were added to out website, yet we lost 1 link on the root level. So I am a little confused where that is coming from. I wanted to see if I could see where. When I look at the recent inbound links in the OpenWeb explorer there isn't anything listed.
Thanks!

I hear ya. Why don't you register a free account for the website owner, verify the domain and use that one for now?

Thank you.
I have used majestic in the past and loved it. It is my go to for anything link related. Unfortunately the place that I currently work doesn't want to pay for numerous SEO programs, so I had to pick one. I choose Moz for all round use.

Frustrating isn't it? Trying to get accurate link data? None of the tools are totally reliable and each one gives you a different answer.
MajesticSEO makes it easy to see which links are new and lost during a specific time frame. They have free and paid versions of the tool, with (obviously) more functionality available to paid subscribers. That said, if you register and confirm ownership of a domain, you can see details for free.
See if it gets you what you need.

Why is Link Explorer showing the same domain strength for domain and sub-domain? Shouldn't it be different?
I believe in the past the sub-domain score was different than the domain score in Link Explorer. Now I am seeing that it is reporting the same score. I have to use exact page to get a sense of how strong the sub-domain is.

Disavow 60% of the external links?
Hi guys, We just discovered that our website got a 16% Spam Score based on MOZ reports, while less than 1 year ago we had a good 1% if I'm not mistaken. Therefore we ran an audit of the external links to our website and discovered that about 60% of them are irrelevant such as: referral page not available anymore (or not found, or domain not accessible) irrelevant web directories for our business Impossible to contact the owner of these pages or remove the links towards our website.

Is the Disavow tool an acceptable option in this case? Could this lower our Spam Score and make a better impression in "Google's eyes"? 60% seems quite a lot of backlinks, but they are also not relevant, and we want to focus on creating better quality referrals in the next months. I would really appreciate an opinion on this, and how would you proceed in this case.0 -
Why are recently deleted pages still appearing in the latest MOZ crawl?
Newbie, so please forgive!! OK, so I'm doing my 1st site optimization. It is reporting errors from pages that were deleted a couple of days ago. And I JUST signed up today. Where is this info coming from? Thanks, Billy

My site links to my clients not showing in Moz
I've got a web design business with a site that's been out there for 17 years - www.biztoolsone.com. I've got links to my clients' sites in my portfolio page. The backlinks list for my clients, when I check them in Moz, don't show the links from this site. They always showed in the list until a few months ago. The site has a DA of 59 & PA (for home page) of 50. The spam score is 0/17. I'm having a tough time telling my clients that the Moz backlinks list is accurate when that site doesn't show in the list. The same is true for www.fayettevillenc.biz - this is one I created years ago to generate backlinks. It's got a spam score of 4/17, so I'm a little more understanding of that one. Thanks for any guidance!

Flauctuating number of Internal Equity-Passing Links affecting DA
My site has a high number of fluctuating internal equity passing links in open site explorer from month to month, theses range from 30 000 and sometimes as high as 1,million. The fluctuations occur even when I have made no changes onsite. I have noticed that when the internal equity passing links are very high the DA drops and when they are low the DA is high, has anyone ever experienced this with open site explorer ?

Internal Equity Passing Links Showing 0
Hi There. I ran Open Site Explorer on a client's site and it's showing 0 for Internal Equity Passing Links and 0 Total Internal Links. Has anyone seen this before? If anyone knows what might be causing this I'd be very appreciative of the assistance. Thank you!
