Why root domain go down of my website?

Why root domain go down of my website even i am making unique root domain on daily bases but still root domain should be increase instead go down. What is going wrong with this process ? Please guide me and give me solution for increase root domain.

We need to know the number of _______ for the root domain? The number of links? The Page Authority of the root domain? And do you mean it has not increased in comparison to its self or in comparison to the rest of the site?

I am asking about root domain not domain authority. I have created lots of backlinks on unique root domain but no. of root domain not increase in next crawled report so i want to know that why root domain not increase and what the reason behind this?

Will Moz move DA from an old domain to the new?
Hi folks, I'm moving a digital magazine of mine, which has a great deal of authority (DA53!) to a new domain, which is much more brandable. I'm curious if Moz ever passes the actual DA/PA numbers to the new domain. Does the tool pick this up, eventually? I know once the domain is switched, DA will show a "1" -- as the domain is brand new, technically. This is NOT a question about authority/link juice being passed, but rather the numbers being displayed by Open Site Explorer. Some authors do look at Moz DA as an indicator of a sites "power" before applying for authorship, so I'm trying to find a way to move to a more brandable domain, while keeping the OSE stats in place. If it's not possible, I'll have to live with it 🙂 Any input? Thanks everyone!

How quickly does Domain Authority and Page Authority update
Hi, I think I read somewhere that domain authority and page authority are updated twice a month - is this true? The reason I ask is because I had a very successful content piece released last month (around 20th May) that received some great links (mainly to a landing page, but also many links to my home page) from highly respected sources such as Time.com, Spin.com, RollingStone.com, DailyMail.co.uk... However, my domain authority hasn't changed at all, and the page authority for the page is only 47, which I was hoping would be higher for a page that received millions of visitors, 100k+ Facebook likes, and a wealth of sites linking in. Also, in OpenSiteExplorer, when checking against my home page, it says there are no Just-Discovered links for the last 60 days - again, I'm puzzled, as my home page has been referenced by many leading news sites. Can anyone explain the cause of having root domain metrics much smaller than subdomain metrics?
Hi!! I'm comparing OSE metrics for a site named like www.mydomain.com and have the following results: Subdomain MozTrust 5.65 (that is www.mydomain.com subdomain) Root domain MozTrust 0.82 (that is mydomain.com domain) On the other hand one of my competitor have: Subdomain MozTrust 3.68 (that is www.otherdomain.com subdomain) Root domain MozTrust 3.67 (that is otherdomain.com domain) Both websites' root domains point to the www subdomain. So how come in my domain theres is such a huge difference between these metrics and on the competitor's site both values are very similar? I'd greatly appreciate any comment on this. Cheers, David

Why do 0 back links show for my website in Open Site Explorer?
I've read and understand that all back link tools results will vary from one another but Open Site Explorer and some others find 0 linking to my site. Webmaster tools show 46 back links. Is this because they are all "no follow"? I'm trying to get a grip on SEO but am very confused from the get go. Thanks, Todd
