WMT "Index Status" vs Google search site:mydomain.com

Hi - I'm working for a client with a manual penalty.
In their WMT account they have 2 pages indexed.If I search for "site:myclientsdomain.com" I get 175 results which is about right.
I'm not sure what to make of the 2 indexed pages - any thoughts would be very appreciated.

Webmaster tools is definitely the accurate one.

They normally show inaccurate numbers when site: search is used, mainly to prevent people from further learning about how they index pages.
I would also look at the sitemap you submitted there and robots.txt just to be sure that they had no reason not to index your other pages.

Homepage de-indexed, rest of site all there...
This is a random issue that I've been trying to get to the bottom of over the last few months. First I thought it might be that I have a spammy host, so I changed it. Site Navigation leads to "Too Many On-Page Links" warning
I run an ecommerce site with close to 2000 products. Nearly every page in the catalog has a too many on-page links error because of the navigation sidebar, which has several flyout layers of nested links. What can/should I do about this? Will it affect my rankings at all? Thanks

Google search result going to a page that I did not put on my site
Hi, I am seeing a very strange result in google for my site. When doing a search for the term "london reflexology" my site comes up 18th in the results. But when I click the link or check the URL it shows up as: http://www.reflexologyonline.co.uk/reflexologyonline.php?Action=Webring This is not right at all. It looks like some sort of cloaking but I am not sure. I am new to SEO and I do not know why goole is showing this URL that does not exist on my site and of witch the content is totally wrong. Why do I see dramatic differences in impressions between Google Webmaster Tools and Google Insights for Search?
Has anyone else noticed discrepancies between these tools? Take keyword A and keyword B. I've literally seen situations where A has 3 or 4 times the traffic as B in Google Webmaster Tools, but half the traffic of B in Google Insights for Search. What might be the reason for this discrepancy?
