Statistics for traffic gone
-
Hi everyone!
For one of my campaigns the statistics are gone for all the inbound traffic. The main graph after logging in (with the different shades of blue) is just a flat line. This maybe comes from that I created a filter in google Analytics some weeks ago (so that I have some introspection into the used keywords that people search for). But also after the deletion of this filer in GA the statistics are still gone.
What can I do?
Cheers
Marc

Hi Abe,
thank you very much for your response.
Somehow the issue fixed itself in the time between. Maybe it was the reconnection of the account or maybe some intervention of the help team.
Thanks for your help...
Everything is fine again...

Hmm, I haven't seen this type of disconnection issue before. Can you send the campaign address and name to help@moz.com so we can take a peek at this? We will have to dig in a bit to find the exact cause.

Hi Abe,
thank you very much for your reply. I just followed your instructions some minutes ago but the statistics did not come back by now .
After I reconnected the Google Analytics profile I checked it again and found that seemed to be connected to another GA account of another campain.
I disconnected again and reconnected it to the GA account of the present campain but then again - connected to the other GA account ...
Best
Marc

Hello Marc, thanks for reaching out to us! To alleviate this, log into your Campaign, go to Campaign Settings and disconnect the current Google Analytics account. Immediately reconnect the Google Analytics profile and your data should return to normal. If not, email help@moz.com so that we can make sure this isn't a deeper issue. I hope this helps!

How can a page have high Google/ organic traffic but show no ranking keywords in Moz?
We have a page on our website with a higher than average number of pageviews, 85% of which came from Google organic search. When I research this page by entering the URL into the "exact page" keyword research tool, Moz says it has no ranking keywords. How can a page be earning organic traffic without ranking for any keywords?

Are MOZ Analytics dashboards available for other timeframes than the week just gone?
Hi Guys, We're wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to get moz analytics dashboard reports for timeframes other than just the last week? When we view the dashboard report, under the heading there is a 'timeframe' dropdown, however it only ever shows us the previous week as an option. Would be great if anyone knows if this is available now / soon? Cheers, Camille@Trilogy

Overall Campaign Statistics
Hey Moz fam! I'm not sure if anyone has come across something or has tried to figure this out but I was trying to gather some overall statistics to see how our campaigns have performed. I.e. for our own marketing purposes to say "our clients have seen a 50% increase in rankings over the past 3 months". I wasn't sure if you could gather overall information like that? Any ideas? or any other ways you have found out data like this? Thanks so much! Any responses are much appreciated!!
