What are the top 20 whitelisted SEO content publishing channels?

With Hubpages in the penalty box right now, I am looking for other inbound marketing channels to syndicate original content to relevant audiences. I am currently using SlideShare, but I am looking for other channels.
Will you share 10-20 of your recommended content publishing channels that syndicate SEO content?
Context:
What I need are channels that are:
- Low to no budget ($0-50 annual, if they exist)
- Ability to upload SEO content - landing pages, infographics, blog posts, images, videos. Any content type - channels that publish at least 1 of each of the content types I mentioned
- Targeted, relevant traffic (we would assess that one)
- Ability to comment, share or vote (Like) the content
- White-listed by Google, most importantly
Examples:
Slideshare, HubPages (blacklisted by Google for now), and Squidoo (acquired by HubPages) -

I'm building my netlinking strategy, and I know that creation great content on my website is the first step for good linkbuilding. However, as we know, a link does only worth if he can be viewed, shared, and ammended. I'm already including email outreach for my strategy, but I'm thinking of content distribution as a method to reach an even great audience, and to get some backlinks. To be clear, I'm not saying that my backlink strategy will be based on the links received through content distribution (which will be NOFOLLOW); but I think a large audience from the aggregate websites can see my content, and maybe link to it, so I can earn backlinks from the content I'm creating on my website. Best SEO way to implement multi language store
Hi, I have a magento 1.7 multilanguage store with the following structure: www.example.com/nl and www.example.com (Dutch) www.example.com/uk (English) www.example.com/de (German) As you can see the dutch language basically has two url and this gives problems according to Roger. Both urls show the same page and therefor duplicate content. Should i 301 www.example.com to www.example.com/nl ?

And would this not cause problems with the indexing because www.example.com is shown when searching for my keywords. I need to have all three languages to be indexed good and used only for the correct countries.0 -

As a B2B business, a lot of our traffic comes from referrals, especially from profile listings and high quality directories.

I am currently updating all of our listings with content that is relevant and representative of our business. The easiest way to do this is by using one boilerplate/ presaved profile. This would be using duplicate content, would I run the risk of discrediting these backlinks to my website and suffering and Google penalties?0 -

Are you an in-house SEO or an Agency/freelancer SEO ?
Really curios about the pie split on SEO MOZ community about this. So, are you an In-house SEO or an Agency / Freelancer SEO ? (personally as prediction I would say in-House SEOs are predominant here - just curios to see the ratio - although not sure how many SEO MOZ members are reviewing the Q and A area but again it will be nice to see the ratio of the in house vs agency that are spending time on Q and A's).
