I updated my Google My Business page weeks ago and the name of my business still has not changed in Moz Local. Of course it won't allow me to change the name. Please help.

Moz needs to be correct / up to date in order to push the correct data to aggregators.

Here's another Moz Q&A connected to this question (link), the answer on the link goes into a little bit more detail (and there are some great follow up questions) but the answer to your questions is it can take from 1-8 weeks to have Moz's info updated with your changes. This has to do with the back and forth Moz has with the directory listings which can take some time.
I know this can sometimes be frustrating but you should keep in mind that if you change your Google business page and it looks good in Google that's what matters. Moz's tools are great for providing additional information and helping us analyze our progress but for the most part they don't effect our bottom line. If we make changes and Google/Bing recognizes the change then that's what will drive results, not whether Moz recognizes those changes.
Hopefully that helps!

Moz Local Review Management/Customer Feedback help, tutorials, anything? MOZ do you even like your own tools???
I am STUNNED and frustrated that a great tool like Moz Local has the great feature like Review Management/Customer Feedback and have ALMOST ZERO content, tutorials, FAQs, or easily found content that quickly explains some important details. You don't have ANYTHING findable to help me explain to employers or fellow new SEOs how to implement YOUR OWN TOOL. Why? WHY??? • I have multiple locations signed up for complete features - want to share individual location with individual property managers - how? • Exports show "recommendation" as "true" or "false" which I understand - but where in your dashboard is this explained? • I want to customize my property review report/export - I don't need a lot of those columns which are duplicate info or unknown to the property managers. Possible? Seriously - should not be this difficult to track down info/direction/shareable info for YOUR OWN TOOL!

Moz Local - Multiple Business Customers
Hi,
Moz Local | | rufo
I've looked at Moz Local as it now seems to include UK based submissions.
It looks great. However as I have a number of customers that would benefit from the service I wanted to know if MOZ lets you submit numerous businesses or is it just for the business that you have your account with. I really want to use the service for customers but I'm not sure whether its just a single company with the possibility of multiple addresses or if its multiple businesses. Thanks in advance,

Incorrect client zip code in Moz Local
I have a client that I am pushing citations through Moz Local for. The business zip code in Moz is listed as 80111 and should be 80110. I have verified that the zip is correct on both Google My Business and Facebook. I'm not finding any duplicate Google pages either. Any Idea why this wouldn't push back to Moz Local?

Moz Local and Multiple Locations
I have a client that has several virtual addresses that he uses since he does business in several surrounding areas. I want to use Moz Local to manage his NAPs, but wasnt sure if I needed to invest in separate listings for each address or not...?

WIll Moz local submit to all local directories?
I have some variance in my company name (spacing/nospacing) and even my web address, www/non-www so I want to consolidate all of them. On top of that I need to build up my local citations so need to submit to more local directories. Will Moz local take away the job of local directory submission from me? I understand they use like 5 data aggregators, I understand they are the directories of directories, so does that mean these 4 will submit to local directories for me? How many local directories is moz local suppose to get you on? Also I understand it can take a month for your listing to show. In this case, would it not be better to just do it manually? I mean if I submit to yell.com now it's going to be there instantly, on top of that If I don't have the time I can outsource the work to India for very cheap and probably cost less than £84? Thanks

Client had address change in Google
They successfully changed their Google+ local address. I have their listing in the Moz Local product. How should I handle the address change? Will it find it on its own? I noticed with another client it noticed a name change that occurred and automatically updated the listing. Does it do this with address change? Thanks!

Very Disappointed. Finally an Index and No change in my PA or DA
My competitors and I are advertising in the same way and have good quality external links. Open Site Explorer shows an appropriate PA and DA for my competitors and shows their external links. Waited for what seemed like forever and after all that time, nothing. Not one external link was found. And yet http://openlinkprofiler.org/ shows everything just as I would expect. Probably gonna bail with moz.pro. I'm very disapointed. Probably gonna bail on moz.local as well because it's been over two weeks and my phone number still hasn't changed. Not to mention, all it really did was tell me what was wrong. Hardly updated anything out there in the wild. Told me it was updating all the time but the same ol things are tagged day after day week after week. Changed the darn directories myself because moz.local can't do it and then moz.local won't update when I update director listings myself. Give me some reasons to stay. The lack of timely anything makes me feel like I'm wasting my money.

Is the Google Local Descriptor compatible with MOZ Local?
If I'm understanding Google correctly, we can use a single descriptor as part of a business name, and to do so, you use the following format in the business name field: Business Name - Descriptor Is this correct? If so, is it not compatible with MOZ Local? I used the format above, and MOZ seems to see the descriptor as part of the business name, and won't let me verify. Is the best approach to using a descriptor to get verified first, then add it? Or will that mess other things up?
