Page title in Google search is defferent

Hello,
Google changes the title of the main page only for my sites in this way:
What I configured: My page title | my site name
How it shows in Google: My site name: My page title
If I checked some meta tags analyzer it will show my configured page title and also in Bing.com
So what do you thing about it.

This has to do with Click Thru Rates (as well as visitor performance metrics once a user lands on the page) and what Google thinks serves as a better Title.
In a nutshell, Google is providing a better page title for you. For you, this means create a better page title. Look at your search queries in Google Webmaster Tools. Look at your particular landing page and notice the differences the main search impression keyword phrases and the Page Titles that Google ends up delivering in search results.
Use this to your advantage to optimize click thru rates. It's likely that they think your brand name so much coincides w/ your product, that you may be better off using it in the front of the Title, instead of at the end.
Hard to say w/out knowing more specifics, but we're about to publish a piece on this topic regarding leveraging Page Titles for increases in click through rates -- one of the main problems is the fact that Google keeps modifying them. Turns out, that's a good thing though!

As the other replies mentioned, this is very normal. Anecdotally, it seems this happens most commonly if the brand name is more relevant for that search. Essentially they've decided for one reason or another that putting your brand first is likely to give you more SERP clicks.
I don't think we've ever had a concise explanation from Google as to exactly why this happens but either way, it's not something to be stressed about. If your page titles were being completely dropped in place of Google-generated ones this may be an indication that yours need some serious revision (depending on context) but in this instance it's fine.

Google monkeys with my page titles a lot.
At first I thought that they were stinking up my smart marketing, but now I think that they might use the query string and toss up a title that will better elicit clicks.

This is extremely common. Are your competitors' titles in the search results displayed the same way? e.g. "Website: Page Title". If so, I'd bet that if you checked their source, Google would have changed it for them too. In which case, not sure if there's anything you could do about it. Google just seems to have preference for brand name first when it comes to some search queries where they deem the brand name more important to the user than the page title for that particular query.

Too many page links warning... but each link has canonical back to main page? Is my page OK?
The Moz crawl warns me many of my pages have too many links, like this page http://www.webjobz.com/jobs/industry/Accounting ...... has 269 links but many of the links are like this /jobs/jobtitles/Accounting?k=&w=3&hiddenLocationID=463170&depth=2 and are used to refine search criteria.... when you click on those links they all have a canonical link back to http://www.webjobz.com/jobs/industry/Accounting Is my page being punished for this? Do I have to put "no follow" tags on every link I do not want the bots to follow and if I do so is Roger (moz bot) not going to count this as a link?

Shortening Titles
Have a ecommerce site using woocommerce. Most product titles contain the information needed for the product. I have shorten the title as much as possible but; Most of the titles are about 18-19 characters over 70 characters the recommended max. I have removed all possible characters from the title but I could remove the site name - this would get it down by about 18 characters - meaning most titles would then be just under the 70 characters recommended. Would removing the site name from the title of all the products be a bigger problem than good?

On page SEO Strategy / What pages to use?
What is the best page to use for targeting your hard to rank keywords? The keyword phrases in question here are "Acrylic Tank Manufacturing", "Custom Aquariums", & "Acrylic Aquariums" As of right now we have created 3 separate pages for each one of these keyword phrases. http://seaquaticaquariums.com/custom-aquariums for "Custom Aquariums" http://www.seaquaticaquariums.com/custom-aquariums/acrylic-aquariums/ for "Acrylic Aquariums" http://www.seaquaticaquariums.com/services/acrylic-tank-manufacturing/ for "Acrylic Tank Manufacturing" Or are we better of using the home page http://www.seaquaticaquariums.com/ for the our main hard to rank for terms. Duplicate Page Title
Wordpress Category pagination causes duplicate page title errors (ie. when there are so many posts in the category, it paginates them), is this a problem? Your tool is reporting it as a problem... but ProPhoto (my Wordpress provider say it is not a problem). Finding unique title tags for each media coverage page
We have multiple pages for our media coverage, and each page has the same title tag. I know it's important to have unique title tags, but if each page is just a listing of your media coverage (page 1 of 9, page 2 of 9, etc) then how do you create unique title tags for each media coverage page?

2 Titles
The analysis said that I have two titles on our main page. www.msperformanceonline.com the 1st is "Camaro Accessories, Camaro Parts, MS Performance" and the second is ( and""). Framed Pages and Dynamic Pages
