Search and Replace filter on Google Analytics?

Hello!
On our GA account for one of our clients, we'd like to add a search and replace filter to the Views section of the account. The URL is www.askergoworks.com (it redirects to askergoworks.com), and Google has flagged us to have redundant hostnames. This is why we'd like to add the filter.
Would the regular expression be askergoworks.com|www.askergoworks.com ?
Any help would be great - I'm not a regex expert, so I really don't how to go about this.

Just saw your update: Yes, only enter ^www.

I would go ahead and do that after you apply the filter. Google reporting is based on the URI string, so this won't cause any data loss.

Thanks for your help - Are you saying I should replace it to non-www. now? Or is this just for future reference when I set up accounts? I hesitate to do this with this account because I don't want to lose any data...
And when you mean ^www. I don't put the rest of the address after that, correct?

Hi,
Take the following steps:
- Choose Search and Replace
Enter ^www\. for the search string- Leave 'Replace String' blank
Going forward, it's actually much simpler than that, all you need to do is go to Admin > Property Settings > Default URL. Change it to the non-www version and you're good to go!

Are RSS fees tracked by Google Analytics?
In both the new GA and former version, how are RSS feeds handled by Google Analytics. If not, is there an easy means by which to account for this traffic, in order to have a better picture of traffic. Thanks. Alan

Having Issue with Site Search in Analytics
Hi Mozzers, We launched a website in October 2012 and have added in the settings(Google analytics) of that profile "Do Track Site Search" since we have a search box on the website. The site search report worked for 10 days and it was over(from end of december till beginning of January 2013). Since then I have been trying to understand this issue. I have added all the query search terms possible, but still not showing any signs of life. At this point I am not sure what to do? Some Help would be appreciated! Google Analytics Organic Search Keywords Suddenly Displaying FulL Urls
In my Google Analytics, the top keywords for Organic Search are suddenyl displaying full URLs. For example, now the third and fourth keywords are http://www.domain.com/highly-specific-URL. These have all started recently around the same day, July 12th. I've checked back, and we've made no internal changes to the site around that time that could affect this. Any thoughts on this? Thanks! P.S. It might be related to rich snippets, but I cannot tell at this point.

Switching Google Analytics from Urchin to GA
I want to finally make the switch from Urchin to GA in Analytics, but the Google support page is no longer working (I realize I'm late to this so they likely took it down/moved it to where I can't find it). No Social Sources in Google Analytics - what am I doing wrong?
