Can we use Domain masking/URL masking? How google see this?
Orignal domain - http://mstylecrazy.comMasked domain - Bestupforyou.comIs this also creates duplicate content? and Is this invite google penality?
-
Whenever you use domain "masking", you're setting yourself up for search engine ranking problems. You're essentially making the same content available on both domain names. That leads to duplicate content, and the search engines (mainly Google) will pick which domain they prefer and show that on in the search results (usually the one that they crawl first).
The only proper way to deal with this is to set up 301 Permanent Redirects from one domain to the other.

Given that you're using an iframe on the link you gave, Google will just see the second domain as a type of scraper and probably disregard it. If the "best" domain is your primary domain it's probably not a big deal. The iframed site will just never rank for anything. It's not ideal, though, because any links on the second site will not help you.
Out of curiousity - why are you doing this? It's at least a strange experience for the user to see the site with a title and logo that doesn't match the domain. If it's for tracking, there has to be a better way. If it's for domain name, I think you can create a better brand and get that domain. This is partly unsolicited advice, but "bestup" doesn't really make sense to most people. You'd probably get a lot further with something like "John D. Makeup" and the matching domain (in my example johnpmakeup) won't require these strange concatenations.

Yes, the problem with domain masking is that it creates duplicate content in search engines, particularly Google. Google would see the two domains serving the same content.
Search engines will identify these domains as duplicates and decide to serve one over the other; and most times it’s not always the one you want.
Can i ask the reason you are thinking about a mask?

Is this considered Black Hat?
So here is the website I’m looking at, it ranks #1 in keywords like used cars for sale billings mt, etc. I was trying to figure out how, because there is no content on the page! I am working on one of our sites to get it to rank better when I found this in my research. #1 http://prntscr.com/aoy0ho So I did a “view page source” to see how many times they’re using keywords and what they’re title and description tags are. #2 http://prntscr.com/aoy0w1 WAIT WHAT…. WHERE IS THIS CONTENT?! #3 http://prntscr.com/aoy13o Then I found it… #4 http://prntscr.com/aoy1e8 #5 http://prntscr.com/aoy1o8 #6 http://prntscr.com/aoy1u1 It doesn’t even read like real content. This has to be considered poor form. I'm not sure why it makes me so angry. What do you guys think?

I am being black hat SEO'd by another company. What should I do?
Hi There, I found out about 6 months ago that I have been getting black hat SEO'd by another company. There are around 350 spammy domains pointing to my home page and product page. I have disavowed a lot of them. Is there anything else I can do? http://bareblends.com.au/ http://bareblends.com.au/the-optimum-9400-blender Thanks!

Seo black hat tricks
I have a competitor in the local area. He registered a new domain name. www.orangecountypatentlawfirm.com. It was created back in 11/10 and updated a few months ago on 11/13. My domain is ocpatentlawyer.com. I put my domain and his domain in the open site explorer. The peculiar thing is that my competitors website mirrors identically to my domain. (see attached image) my competitors website rose through the SERP very fast. I never saw it coming. Anyways, I wanted to know if he was using some type of black hat seo trick to hi jack my domain authority to get his own website to rank higher? Plus, if so, does it hurt my ranking? compare.png

White Hat but unexplained loss of rankings.
I'm getting increasingly worried as my site stopped ranking for all keywords 3 days ago and is yet to return. The sites been up about 6 months but I only started link building via MyBlogGuest about 2 months ago. I saw great results the very day before it disappeared as my rankings increased significantly. As far as I know MyBlogGuest is a legitimate way of building links and I was careful to use a variety of anchor text, url and branded links. I just can't explain why it's gone completely. It's still indexed when I check with site: and there are no errors in webmaster tools. The site is http://www.top-10-dating-reviews.com (The site does have some adult content!) and wondered if anyone could take a look to see if I'm missing something obvious. Any help much appreciated!

Is white text on a white background an issue when...?
Hi guys, This question was loosely answered here (http://www.seomoz.org/q/will-google-index-a-site-with-white-text-will-it-give-it-bad-ratings), but I wanted to elaborate on the concern. The issue I have is this, http://www.searchenginexperts.com.au/preview/white-text-white-background-issue Of the four div elements on the page, which; is best practice for SEO? and which of them would not be penalized by google on the grounds of hidden text? The reason I ask is that I have a site that is currently implementing the first div styling, but if you either remove the image OR uncheck the repeat-x (in inspect element) the text is left as white on white. I have added the transparent image on green to prove that having a background colour to back up the tiled image is not always going to work. What can be done in this scenario? Thanks in advance, Dan (From my managers account)

How does a competing website with clearly black hat style SEO tactics, have a far higher domain authority than our website that only uses legitimate link building tactics?
Through SEO Moz link analysis tools, we looked at a competing websites external followed links and discovered a large number of links going to Blog pages with domain authorities in the 90's (their blog page authorities were between 40 and 60), however the single blog post written by this website was exactly the same in every instance and had been posted in August 2011. Some of these blog sites had 160 or so links linking back to this competing website whose domain authority is 49 while ours is 28, their Moz Trust is 5.43 while ours is 5.18. An example of some of the blogs that link to the competing website are: http://advocacy.mit.edu/coulter/blog/?p=13 http://pest-control-termite-inspection.posterous.com/\ However many of these links are "no follow" and yet still show up on Open Site Explorer as some of this competing websites top linking pages. Admittedly, they have 584 linking root domains while we have only 35, but if most of them are the kind of websites posted above, we don't understand how Google is rewarding them with a higher domain authority. Our website is www.anteater.com.au Are these tactics now the only way to get ahead?
