Page Title showing Twice when I check it through Moz Bar

Hello Experts,
I have a brand new website. And I know I have to do lot of things and make changes for better SEO. With that in mind, I recently installed Mozbar.
I was checking one of my posts the other day and noticed Page Title is appearing twice in Mozbar.Please see the screenshot below. Could you please guide me what could be causing this? FYI, I have installed Yoast SEO Plugin.
Also, I can see "Alt Text" is picking lot many words which are from other images or posts...Is there any way to customize that as well?

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I think I can help explain what you're seeing in the MozBar.
I took a look at that page, and it looks like there's more than one title tag in the source code: https://www.screencast.com/t/exH7aqRt0
Best practice would be to have just one title tag in place for each page.
As for that Alt Text, I found that in the source code as well: https://www.screencast.com/t/OruvfWwtqJ
It might be worth sitting down with your web developer and making sure that just the text you want to appear as Alt Text is in those alt tags in the code.

Utilizing the Moz Location in keywords vs including the location in the actual keyword phrase
I've searched the Moz blog as well as Q&A forums - but I specifically have a question about utilizing the Moz Location in keywords vs including the location in the actual keyword phrase. I've done both and get different rankings. For instance, I have "it company" with the Location set to Corpus Christi, Texas and our rank is #3. Then I also have "it company corpus christi" with the Location set to Corpus Christi, Texas and our rank is #6. Additionally, I threw in "it company corpus christi" with the Location set to National and our rank is #7. What is the best practice and what are the determining factors for the differences? I have put bad or spam links in disavow file, but still showing in MOZ backlinks. So, I want to know that Why is MOZ not removing the spam links from their system?

Editing Keywords in Moz Keyword Tracking Under Campaigns
Hi all, Some questions for Moz Pro Campaigns Setup Q1

As part of Moz Pro, we've created a campaign to track a set number of keywords and it seems that 2-3 of the keywords have been entered as a misspelling so I wanted to know how I can edit them to be corrected? Under "Add & Manage Keyword" I do see the keywords however do I need to click on "Show More" in order to scroll over to the keywords I need to edit / correct? Q2Eager to know if duplicated keywords are omitted when they are entered into the campaign. So if someone had entered in "abc123" twice in the list of 600 keywords will the 2nd instance of abc123 be removed when the keyword list is submitted into Moz? Cheers,

Crawl Diagnostics: How many pages (deep) will it crawl for dup content
Does anyone know how deep the crawl diagnostics will crawl when searching for dup content? Will it crawl the entire site, or will it only crawl "x" amount of pages? Thanks!

Moz Crawl Test Trying to Crawl Contact Form Submit Button Location?
Moz Crawl Test for some reason is trying to Crawl a contact form Widget Submit Location. I'm a bit worried that I'll have to complete gut the contact form which was one of the major requests my client requested. Or in a worse scenario make all fields not required. It would let so much spam in. I have never seem anything like this at all. But I've learned a lot from Moz, and with major errors like 404 damage Domain Authority greatly. I've fixed 404 issues with newly acquired clients existing sites and tracked through Moz and the domain authority flies up once these errors are fixed. Along with fixing what Webmaster Tools through Google reports back. ..... Let me know if you have any expertise on this matter.0 -
Why does it show (in Moz) that we don't have any meta descriptions on our site when we do?
We have over 1,330 pages that say we are "Missing Meta Description Tag" when I spot check all of them have meta descriptions? Can you please explain to me why Moz is picking up that we do not have meta descriptions when we do. Our website http://www.betheboss.ca Please help. I would like a accurate measure of meta descriptions that are missing.

On page grades - quick question
My hardwood flooring client just added carpet, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile, area rugs, design, and ceramic tile to his lineup - joy, joy. He really thought the months and months of working together and creating a bunch of solid, original content and promoting it and building links and seeing great results for Hardwood Flooring means he would instantly rank well for ALL flooring. I digress, sorry. I am trying to understand the on page reports a little better. When I grade the new carpet page on his site for the keyword 'carpet' it comes back with an A - when I grade it for 'Carpet, city name' it comes back with an F. Which should I be targeting for best results? 95% of my clients are concerned about local results and not getting business other than within 20-30 miles of their office. Any guidance in understanding on how BEST to utilize the on page reporting would be greatly appreciated! (I did watch the video and check out the guide) Thank you in advance for your time! Matthew
