My organic search results are great, but not my ranking. Why?

Thanks again. I am not eager to push any single product at this point. We are planning on building some strategic landing pages over the next few months and I will create some links to those once they are created.

With a couple of hundred pages it does not seem realistic of me to suggest this. If you have a product which you are eager to push up, then get links for it. Get links for your home page and security bond section. It is feasible and it will have possitive effect down the road.
I work with a site with 15000 pages with similar content, close to the approach of suretegrity.com. The main part of the content is the same, but with a variable. I actually use 4+ variables. Most of my english pages are still in the index little of the have any page rank at all, but they rank. I got no rank for them in 2 years time, so I wouldn't hold my breath for PR on those if I were you :).

We have hundreds of individual product pages and within the next 6 months that number will jump to a little over 2,000. Are you suggesting that I attempt to get some links to the individual product pages?

Well, you site is still quite young. You got a PR1 on the homepage, which is not enough to pass any pagerank to your product page. If you have a couple of decent links to the product page you should see the difference with the next pagerank update. It takes time (and backlinks). I would not worry at all about the PageRank of this page. It seems it is ranking very well for this niche query.

First let me qualify my response........ I am no expert, but have done some of this stuff. It has been my experience that it takes a while for things to get "traction". It seems like some sights get "ranked" more quickly and some do not.... kinda random. I usually dont get very excited about seeing good placements for a little while. Hope that helps a little. Dave

SEO: High intent organic revenue down in Europe
Our team is stumped and we are hoping some of you might have some insight! We are seeing a drop in Europe organic revenue and we can't seem to figure out what the core cause of the problem is. What's interesting, the high intent traffic is increasing across the business, as is organic-attributed revenue. And in Europe specifically, other channels appear to be doing just fine. This seems to be a Europe high-intent SEO problem. Home Page not ranking?
Hey guys, I'm working on a relatively new client and have noticed that all the initial rankings that we have point towards a sub page rather than the home page. Can someone explain the attached rankings?
I just don't understand how we can have a long list of 1's and 2's in google, but in Yahoo and Bing, some are close, some are in the 20's and some are not even in the top 50. Is there something that Yahoo and Bing care about, that google doesn't? I know about the meta language being more important for Yahoo and Bing than Google, so I added that. There's nothing I can do about the domain age, which I know is important to Yahoo and Bing. Number of Items As a Google Ranking Factor??
If I search for "hiking boots" and scan down the SERPs I see the following... Google reports "483 items" for the Zappos.com page. Google reports "Results 1 - 36 of 85" for the Shoebuy.com page (and that does not appear in their code). So, Google is obviously paying attention to the depth of your information or the number of items that you are showing. If they think that is important enough to count and report in the SERPs, might they also be using that information as a ranking factor?? PRACTICAL APPLICATION FOR SEO: If google is using this information, perhaps people should list all of their color, size, etc variants on a single page. For example if you sell widgets in five colors, instead of making one page for each color, list all five on the same page.

Good results in Web Search, getting worse in Mobile Search
We are redirecting mobile visotors from http://www.1website.com to http://m.2website.com. 1website position in web SERPS is always the same. But mobile search brings less visitors now, 1website is loosing positions there. I know keywords volume is increasing. What could be the reason? Today, I have read about Phantom Indexed in Google search result. Because, I was searching about 301 redirect due to indexing of 301 redirected old URLs in Google search result rather than new landing pages. Google results on an Ipad 2
Has anyone else seen different google organic results for a site when viewing on an Ipad compared to computer browser ? I've just checked a site and were no1 on google when searched on the Ipad 2 but when searched on my Macbook we are page 2 ? Could this just be different data centers or do google serve up different results to the 2 devices ? Would be really interested to know if anyone else has seen this. JP
