You don't buy them. Websites that are willing to sell links are usually the websites you want to avoid. Paid links will often trigger search engines' spam filters.
I posted this in your other question. This will be a good read for you:

I brought recently quite a few links but realise after they
won't any good. How do you establish if these
links are any good before you buy? -
Add quality external links to your site.
It's similar to Actual Page Rank.
This page explains it well:

How do I get a MozRank?
Hi all, Hoping that one of you Guru's might be able to shed a little light for me please. we launched the online arm of our gold bullion business on the 21st of February and I signed up for an account here on the 23rd of Feb. I don't have a MozRank for my site yet and I'd love to get one. The mozbar that I installed shows o linkes from 0 root domains etc. but google webmaster can see links that are inbound to my site. My questions are: Do I have to wait the 45-60 days that I believe it might take SEOmoz to give me a rank- or is there a process that I manually kick off? Is there anything other than google webmaster that I should be looking at to try and make sure that I am on the right track; I'd hate to go 45-60 days in the wrong direction before realising there is an issue. thanks in advance, YGF

Open Site Explorer vs. Linkscape... without mozRank passed how do you measure link value?
Hi all, Since Linkscape was retired we've been struggling without the mozRank passed data for our competitor research. However, I've read that it wasn't a particularly reliable metric to go on so my question is: what makes a link more valuable, in your opinion? I'm trying to work out the relation between Page Authority / Domain Authority / Number of Links etc., ideally to come up with some form of ranking system where we can say: Overall link value = ( (A x Page Authority) x (B x Domain Authority) x (C x Number of Links) ) / Number of Linking Domains or something like that. Is this a good way to go about it? What do you guys look at when using the OSE data? Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone noticed slight drops in the Domain mozRank of their sites since the OSE update?
There's been no significant changes to their link profiles, so I'm thinking how mozRank is measured may have changed. Anyone else have this issue?

Have mozrank factors changed to cause drop?
Our site's mozrank recently dropped, but so did all our competitors. Have there been some updates to the factors to cause this change?

MozRank and mozTrust computations
Are there any details on the computations involved with mR and mT? I am specifically wondering about Google.com. The DA and PA is 100. If that page does not max out on the other factors it seems that no internet page or site would. The page has the following stats: mR 8.68 mT 7.95 DmR 9.29 DmT 9.36 Until now I have only focused on DA & PA. I would like to better understand the mechanics of these other measurements.

Metrics from Linkscape - DJ Passed, URL mozRank Passed and funny numbers
Hello, Hoping someone can help me understand the difference between the Domain Juice Passed and some interesting numbers found in the exported CSV file. I ran the Advanced Link Intelligence Report and focusing on the Links to Domain metrics. It looks like the report is sorted by mozRank passed but next to each link we are given the DJ Passed instead. Why is that? My confusion is compounded by the fact that when I export the CSV of this report it no longer includes the DJ Passed numbers but does show URL mozRank Passed instead. For Example, on the web version of the Advanced Link Intelligence Report the top link is: http://www.holdenouterwear.com/shop.php with mozRank: 5.56 mozTrust: 5.95 and DJ Passed: 4.49 In the CSV file we don't get the DJ passed but get the URL mozRank Passed of: 0.00051 Looking at the CSV file further some links have URL mozRank Passed of 4.00E-05 Anyone has a clear explanation of why DJ Passed is not in the CSV file and how the mozRank passed is calculated? And what the 4.00E-05 mean? Thank you.
