No keywords displayed for site in Keywords by Site or in CSV report. Why?

We have a site that we ran in On-Demand Crawl and Keyword Explorer. On-Demand Crawl revealed some information. However Keyword Explorer did not. We know there are ranking keywords for the site but no such keywords were detected by Moz. However, when we ran Link Explorer, 12 ranking keywords were detected and associated with the site. Why is there a discrepancy between these two reports? Thank you in advance.

Ranking keyword and links
I have Created the website 3 months ago related to APk Games. And updating content daily and linking but the linked results in Moz are not showing Properly. my site have some ranking keywords on google at 1st but moz showing 0 ranking keywords. my question is how many time will take moz to show actual results. Open Site Explorer external + follow links percentage
Hi how are you my root domain according to open site explorer has 90% of total links, external + follow. whereas my competitors have 5 - 6% how do I get this down to look more natural. Also what does this metric mean and how do I work out the percentage? Also I only have around 100 pages on my website which is a Shopify store and I have a small amount of internal followed links is this important for an ecommerce website as it is small number in comparison to my competitors. Why some of my strong backlinks don't show up in Site Explorer
Hello, Just was checking my backlinks and I see that few very strong backlinks are not showing up in my links list. I check with Moz bar in my browser and those are all dofollow links. Some of those sites link back to me a while ago. Thanks, Regards, Armands

Open site explorer
Hi, I am a little confused how open site explorer updates (not sure its working as aspected). It shows the recent discovered links but these then disappear and do not show in the main list (Inbound links) after a few days. Plus the links in the inbound links tab has not changed for nearly 10 weeks, my other tools are showing the new links..... Does it update on a certain data, if so where can i check the status? Thanks
