Unsolved Duplicate Content with TranslatePress Plugin
-
Hello, I am using a plugin named translatepress, however whenever I activate it the moz crawl gives my site as having duplicate content on it.
How do I avoid this? I would like to have a website version in English and Portuguese?
Thanks

@SilvinoFernandes Hello! This issue is likely due to identical metadata for both language versions, which Moz interprets as duplicate content. Try implementing hreflang tags that denote each language version, making it clear to search engines that these are separate but related pages. Also, make sure to localize your metadata for each language. For a tool like TranslatePress, it usually has options for SEO pack add-ons to handle such situations. Implementing these steps should resolve the issue.

Unsolved No replies from help@moz.com - one of our IPs is blocked by Cloudflare so we cannot access Moz Community from there
Hi all,
Product Support | | DanielDL
I am a bit at my wits end trying to get some acknowledgement from MOZ. Have had no replies, no ticket auto-replies, no updates on any of the messages I have sent via the Moz Help Form on the website. Literally nothing. I wanted to avoid having to post publicly, but does anyone know how to raise a "technical problem" ticket with MOZ? help@moz.com never replies and the Help Form doesn't generate any kind of ticket. From our main office we get an "Access denied" Error (via Cloudflare) specifically for the Moz Community area. This happened to us in February of this year and has been happening again all through May. After testing ourselves with our IT, we determine that MOZ's Cloudflare account has incorrectly blocked the dedicated IP address specific to the internet connection at our head office. This means that none of our Moz User accounts can access anything related to the Community area in our account when working at the studio. We can only do so when working remotely (ie. some other IP address). This is incredibly frustrating, particularly as we've been on a proper paid MOZ account for many years. And I have sent numerous email requests, messages via the Form, etc., and have never heard back from anyone at all. The problem has been on-going for some time and I guess it is my fault because I tried to politely wait a fair amount of time between each follow-up. Only to realize that, actually, I don't think anyone is monitoring help@moz.com or even the Form submissions, or are even looking into the issue for me. Am hoping this message is seen by someone at Moz so they can let me know what is going on please? Guys..... c'mon.....0 -

Why is my wp-uploads folder flagged as thin content?
SIte Crawl is flagging multiple entries from my wp-uploads directory as being 'thin content': these are dated folders that contain the images for the site blog, and as such don't have any text/html content at all. Should these directories be crawled at all? How would I go about correcting these warnings?

Problem with duplicate titles
Hi there, after a site crawl Moz has reported that I have duplicated titles, however I don't understand why or how to fix it. Basically the urls are for the same collection or product and are identical except one has a -1 on the end of it or sometimes a %20. I cannot delete the url as they don't exist in my shopify store so cannot find them. The relevant page has the correct url when I check in shopify. Anyone have any ideas?

Duplicate titles issue
Hi, For the second week in a row MOZ is finding duplicate titles crawling my website.
Getting Started | | AlessiaCamera
But as you see in the attached screenshot it doesn't seem it's a clear duplicate title thing, as it's mainly due to the different pages having the same title.
What should I do? Is it really affecting my SERP positioning? ZANRT0 -
Duplicate Pages...where are both URLs?
Just ran my Site Crawl Report...which was awesome! But It says there are over 50 Duplicate Content Pages, and the list of links only shows the PAGE that is supposedly "duplicate content"...but where is the other URL that these pages are duplicates of? Would be nice to be able to double-check if it is in fact duplicate and decide which to edit. Pls help! Thanks Moz!

Duplicate page titles reported on same links
Moz is reporting duplicate titles on my clients website, citing different versions of the same link, one without dubs as domain.com/link and the other with dubs as www.domain.com/link. for example ... duplicate title = Warranty Requests For Custom New Home Construction in Jacksonville

http://www.myhjhome.com/new-home-construction-warranty-request.htmlthe links are the same, one is just with www and the other is without. in another example ... Moz reports 5 duplicate titles on the Home page, citing 5 different URLs that all load the same home page ...
duplicate title = Jacksonville Custom Home Builder, Quality Construction On Your Lot
http://myhjhome.com
http://myhjhome.com/
http://myhjhome.com/index.php
http://www.myhjhome.com/
http://www.myhjhome.com/index.php is this just something that's always going to be reported as a duplicate title or is there a way for me to change the website so Moz doesnt report a duplicate title on the same page (since there really isnt a duplicate title in these examples)?0
