SEO for a eSmoking eCommerce Client ?

We have a client, for whom we built a Magento website, where he is selling eSmoking products like eCigars, etc .
Now, he wants us to do the SEO of his website.
Im not sure, if the general practise is fine for him, because of the nicotine laws by the fda, yahoo and google will not do it.
Let me know, how I should proceed.

There may be restrictions with paid advertising, but that shouldn't be a problem as you're talking about organic SEO.

I am unclear on your question. What exactly is it you feel Yahoo and Google wont do related to SEO for electronic cigarettes?
A Google search of electronic cigarettes shows exactly what I would expect, numerous sites selling e-cigarettes.

Google + Local for client with no physical address and multiple phone nos
Hi I have a client who is service-based and goes out to his local customers' homes to conduct his business. He operates from home so does not want to show his home address, he also has a number of local telephone numbers that divert to his mobile. I was wondering which type of category to put his business into, my ideal would be local business but for that I need to add the address the question is can I still hide the address the way you used to in the old format or is there other recommendations to optimise his local placement?

We have made a seriers of videos, shouled we link them together in the description or in the video itself on youtube for favorable results? What else cn we do to help other that writing a good quality description, use the customize options in youtube and then place the embed for the video on a content rich page about the subject. Ofcourse the keyword is in the first part of the title, and we use keywords as anchor text back to the video page. Also make sure it is in a good video sitemap? As a whitehat SEO how do you manage in a highly competative market?
I have a competator that has literally hundreds of sites like this: http://www.wire-shelf.com/tag/cleaning/ that don't have a huge amount of page authority, but he is getting citations out of all of them. The site is obviously useless, and just a place for some SEO company to keep adding more links to their various clients, and creating google citations for them at the same time. Once you have filled out your information on every single local database and obtained all the legit citations you can, your competitors are still beating you by having more citations, from various sites like the one above. Is there any way to stay whitehat and actually succeed? or should i just follow suit, and make 100 crappy websites full of crap and put links in them. seems silly, but it seems like the only way to compete these days.
