Not a valid URL?

When ever I type in my website its tells me its not a valid URL . I have bought the URL www.buykickzonline.com. This was on my 90 day trial and it is not a good way to start my trial.

I did send a message to help@moz.com. Dont think its a server-level block of Rogerbot, because two other sites on the same server work just fine. I'll post what I find later

Can you send a note to help@moz.com? We can look and see what's up. Sometimes, it's because there's a server-level block of Rogerbot.

I'm having same problem. last two days says invalid URL. The email I got from Mos says 404 error. Doesn't make sense since the website is up and functional. Anyone have any ideas?

I turned off my ssl and it still didn't work, also tried different OS and Browsers.

Just curious - it wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that it is secure would it? I have never used Moz tools on a secure website before... so this made me wonder.

I would start here my friend. Since this is a technical question, I would try contacting MOZ directly. From my experiences, they have very good service and response times.

I had the same issue couple of days back but when I tried this morning after weekend it worked. Not sure whats happening with MOZ. Since you are in a trial I would recommend you to contact support team as advised to me Denvish .

Can't track my site, keep getting "Ooops. Our crawlers are unable to access that URL"
Hello, So i keep getting this message and I went to hurl.it and I get 200 response. But it appears its not my actual homepage bc it says the body is empty and in the title it says "COMING SOON" which is not what my actual homepage says. Does anyone know what this means?? Thank you in advance! Rena

901 error code showing url back to back in crawl
Hi Everyone, I'm absolutely dumbfounded about this 901 issue (showing pages with our url back to back). Our site is hosted on Big Commerce: https://www.santabarbarachocolate.com When I look for these pages being crawled I don't find them. I've called BC for help and I can't seem to find a solution or where to turn as to how to fix the issue at hand or even if it matters. Please see below what the Moz crawl shows. Could this be related to Yotpo or some app we have running? Or does this even matter and does it have any influence on rank? Do you have recommendations or ideas? Thanks so much. Hi, I just started with using MOZ and at my first attemp I can not start a new campaign because my url doesn't appear to be valid.. I tried http://www.mydomain.nl , www.mydomain.nl and mydomain.nl.. It's a Dutch extension (.nl). Can this be the problem? Excuse me my spelling and typo's. I'm Dutch 🙂
