Sorry about the delay in getting back to you! In general, we can't give you a timeframe for the fix aside from "as fast as humanly possible". With an outage like this, the engineering team works pretty tirelessly to get things back up and running but there can be multiple possible causes and we'd rather not break anything else while we solve the issue.
I'm glad the Health Page helped! We will keep updating it with the latest info. We are still monitoring this but things are looking a lot better after the fix we deployed at 13:51 PDT yesterday.

Snap, me too!... any ideas as to when it will return been down a few hours now. Didn't know about the Moz Health page - thanks for that.

Hi there!
I'm so sorry that you're running into this error message!
Unfortunately, we are currently having some problems with Open Site Explorer and, although our engineering team is digging into it, it's taking a little while to fix.
We will be posting any updates on the Moz Health Page so I'd recommend signing up there to be updated when the issue is resolved.

Crawling 4XX errors because of URL accented
Hello guys, I am experiencing crawling errors in Moz because the URLs read by spiders contain accents and special characters, which I know isn't best but yet my client needs to keep it. I know that Moz "uses percent encoding to parse the HTML in the source code, so any line breaks and spaces in your HTML links or sitemap links are converted to %0A and %20, causing a 404 error". Is there any way to avoid these errors happening in the dashboard? Or am I supposed to simply ignore it?

Open site explorer: error message "There was an error getting your data"
I"m trying out MOZ, wanting to make an informed decision (for myself and my blogging students) whether this is a useful program to buy and use. I've had no luck so far with the Open Site Explorer. Each time I try, I get the same error message, "There was an error getting your data". I used the URL: http://writetodone.com I asked about the problem in the chat, but my question was posed over an hour ago and is still marked 'unread'... I"m keen to continue studying the program as I'm creating a video about MOZ. How can I make the Open Site Explorer work? I've tried the Analytics module but it seems to take some days to get results. Why is OSE showing a higher Domain Authority than Moz?
Moz has today run monthly reports for 2 of my clients' sites. For both of these, the Domain Authority reported on the Moz dashboard is several points lower than that shown by OSE today for the same sites. Why would that be?

Why does OSE redirect to another url when the url you're testing doesn't redirect in your browser?
Run an OSE report on www.schoolmatters.com/ca/san-diego/personal-injury-lawyer/. OSE redirects to brandingwithseo.com. Why? And if you go to brandingwithseo.com in your browser, it redirects to seocompany.org. Why is OSE redirecting? It appears the links that come up are a combination of links for the seo company and for schoolmatters.com.

Why does OSE & Moz Q&A sections not work for me in Chrome any more?
A few weeks ago I started seeing instances of OSE not showing all the information when it was showing I was logged in while using Google Chrome. It would work, then not work and kept showing me the button to sign up for Moz Analytics even though I was logged in. I'm a Pro Member, which is confusing. Then I noticed that while logged in, I would be logged out somehow when trying to contribute to the Q&A's and it would bounce me back to the Moz Home page or show me the white Login button in the upper right. Again, in Chrome only. I was told by support to clean my cookies/cache and that works for maybe a few hours, but then would resort back to logging me out. It has become very annoying, and now can only work logged in from FireFox. Not a huge issue, but everything else I do all day is in Chrome. Is anyone else having this same issues? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance. - Patrick

301 Redirects: How long for Google to recognize? How long for Moz/OSE to recognize?
I redirected a few pages that had funky URL issues (capitals and underscores and useless words) to the same page renamed with proper URLs. The sitemaps were changed also, and re-submitted. Like this: mydomain.com/Not_Pertinent_Words.html >>> mydomain.com/good-words.html Google seems to have found them and changed the search engine results listing in about 8 days. But it's been about a month now and Moz and OSE still have not transferred all the strength and link data from the old URLs to the new ones. Question 1: How long does it usually take Google to transfer all the link and strength data for a 301? Question 2: How long does it take Moz and OSE to do the same? Is there something I need to do to tell them about the changes?
