Is there anyway to cancel moz local? I can not figure it out. I've tried for hours now.

@meghanpahinui For many users MOZ local would be much more interesting if Europe could be included / selectable. Are there any plans for this?

@SouthBayWebs Hi there! Thanks so much for the question and sorry for any trouble here. You can cancel your Moz Local subscription from within the Profile tab of your Moz Local account.
- Log into your Moz account and access your Moz Local Dashboard via the drop-down on the top right
- Head to the Profile tab of the location you want to cancel
- Select the Deactivate Location drop-down on the right-hand side
- Click on the blue Deactivate Location button
- If you are cancelling your only Moz Local location, fill in the survey when prompted and click on the blue Cancel My Subscription button
- From the next page, click on the red Cancel on renewal button

Moz not able to crawl our site - any advice?
When I try and crawl our site through Moz it gives this message: Moz was unable to crawl your site on Aug 7, 2019. Our crawler was banned by a page on your site, either through your robots.txt, the X-Robots-Tag HTTP header, or the meta robots tag. Update these tags to allow your page and the rest of your site to be crawled. If this error is found on any page on your site, it prevents our crawler (and some search engines) from crawling the rest of your site. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have been through all the help and doesn't seem to be any issues. You can check the site and robots.txt here: https://myfamilyclub.co.uk/robots.txt. Anyone got any advice on where I could go to get this sorted?

Moz can't crawl my site.
Moz cannot carry out the site crawl on my online shop. Not really sure what the issue is, it has no problem getting onto my site when you use www. before the address, but it needs to be able to access bluerinsevintage.co.uk Stuck as what to do, we are a shopify store. Anyone else had this problem, or know what i need to change so they can crawl the site? thjis is the page they are getting when trying to get on bluerinsevintage.co.uk but if they use www.bluerinsevintage.co.uk the site comes up.

Moz health check for newbies
Hi I'm on the free trial, I'm finding it really useful. since I was 16 (16years ago) all I've done is cook. After 3 weeks of Moz I feel like I'm or the way to marketing my business instead of having others tell me how to do it. A while back I used to use SEO freelancers to buff my site, but recently I realized that I was not doing enough to promote my business myself, I was trying to pay others to do it for me. I goggled Soe and marketing, of course I found Moz while doing so! The content is exceptional and really goes in depth and we are now coming up with a new content strategy! The problem is that I have this gut feeling that The moz product is worth the money it asks for as I can easily identify the issues or opportunities my site has, I still feel that I lack the competence to use moz to its full potential! Is there an option to have someone skpe me and give me some tips or in sites with in my own campaign? I've spent a lot of time reading the blog content and watching the videos but this all seams to focus on how to get results but not so much on how to use the Moz console/dashboard. I've probably just missed a hole bunch of content but if not do Moz have and option to help set up your Moz analytic and Research so you can get the most relevant info to you? MOZ for initial keyword research?
Can I use MOZ for initial keyword research? Can't create an AdWords campaign (no website yet to register) to get use of Google's Keyword Planner & my subscription to Wordtracker is showing me too many unrelated keywords... Peter
