How can I submit Baidu business listings if I live outside of China?

A client of our wants to manage business listings for three locations in China. We wanted to submit to Baidu but from what I've learned this is highly regulated (you live in China, pay a fee and call them to confirm).
This is the only article I could find about submitting to Baidu:

Are there any conduit or 3rd party services available that can handle this?

Oooh, this is a toughie. I have no experience with Local SEO in China. I know Baidu Maps outside of China used to be powered by Nokia Here, but since they sold their mapping unit to German car manufacturers, I'm not sure what happened with that. I believe Baidu Maps inside of China is powered by NavInfo, but I don't know anything beyond this.
So, my suggestions here, lacking concrete knowledge to share with you about this would be:

Go directly to the blogger who wrote that article you linked to and try leaving a blog comment asking this. If the blogger doesn't reply or is no longer there, contact the company and ask if you can book an hour of their consulting time to be brought up to speed on the regulations regarding local business submission in China.

If that doesn't work, see if you can track down Nyagoslav Zhekov of Whitespark. He has done more International Local SEO than anyone else I know, and as he was living in Asia for a time, might know more about Baidu Maps than the average Local SEO.

And, if that doesn't work, you might scroll through our recommend list to see if any companies there specialize in International SEO: https://moz.com/rand/recommended-list-seo-consultants/ Maybe get some consulting from there.
Clearly, this is important if you've got a client in China, but resources in the U.S. may be hard to come by for this, as finding an International SEO who does Local in China may be a rare flower

Verifying Google My Business After An Address Change

We are trying to verify our Google My Business listing, however, the current unverified listing is using an old address we no longer have access to. The only option for verification is through the mail. We tried requesting an edit but it didn’t go through. Would the best option be to create a new one and try to have the old (unverified) listing removed? Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Adding Multiple Country Locations for Google Business Listings
Hi Moz community, I hope everyone is well. I would like to ask for your advice on how to show a Google Business listing in both the UK and US for our brand. I understand that you can add multiple locations to your Google listing under the 'Manage Locations' tab but I wasn't quite sure how it worked in practice. I have a couple of questions below: If we have 2 registered locations/offices (one in the UK and one in the US) are we able to create 2 separate locations that will show our business listing correctly in the right-hand margin when people search for our brand in the US and UK respectively? If so, when a user finds our business listing in the US, are we able to serve them our US website version when they click the 'Website' button, as opposed to showing them our UK website? Our US website has been created as a sub-directory from our main UK site and can be seen as: www.example.com/us/ I hope someone is able to help, and thank you in advance.

Can I use a shortened version of our company name for local search or does it need to match the name registered at companies house exactly?

Business Name Not Showing Up in Google's Maps
I have a client whose name in not currently showing up on Google maps. Their business location only shows once their name or related keywords are searched, but their business name does not show when you only look for it on the map regardless of how far zoomed in you are to the actual location. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or knows of a way to fix this. I have already contacted Google multiple times, and they told me that “business’ names are just randomly pulled”. The client is an HVAC store front business with good rankings and a fully optimized Google profile, so these reasons did not answer the issue. Can I request removal of a duplicate competitor Google Business listing?
I have a local competitor that is boggling me with his local pack rankings. For certain keyword phrases, he is ranking in multiple local 3 pack spots. The thing is, he only has one business location. So basically he has two different Google maps listings for the same business location ranking in the local pack. The NAP information is different for both listings except for the physical address. I can't understand for the life of me how this is actually helping him instead of hurting him.... My client has way more citations. A decent blog with solid content. An SEO optimized mobile website (compeititor website is not mobile ready). Etc..... Don't get me wrong, my client is doing really well and is ranking top 3 in his area for nearly 30 industry related keyword phrases. I guess that is part of the reason I'm so boggled. Can anyone provide any insight? Can I bring this up to Google and have them remove the duplicate listing somehow? I'm literally sitting #4 in the local pack for some valuable keywords, and the only reason I'm not #3 or higher is because the same physical business location is taking up two of the spots. 2 businesses same phone number
I was wondering how I should approach a scenario where I am optimizing two different companies websites that have the same phone number but different addresses. This sounds like a weird scenario, however it is out of my control. Is treating them as two separate companies fine, or do I have to take special precautions when submitting business directories and what not? Thanks for everyone's help! As a side note, is their a way to use Moz Local with both companies, right now it is getting confused as to what business belongs to what listing.

How to submit a new business in Factual
I am trying to create citation for my client sites in Factual.com. As, I am not a hardcore developer, I wont be able to use the API as mentioned in the Factual website. It also provides a lit of Trusted Data Contributors, which are paid third party service providers. I would like to know, whether it is possible to create a business listing in Factual, by using any other means than these two options.

What would Cause listing to fall off local search map spot?
