Schema.org how long does it take?
-
Since 5 days ago I changed my html template in my ecommerce to comply with schema.org for products.
How long does it take to be seen on google, our keyword 4700DN, its one that appears in the top 10 results, but it still doesnt show it with schema.org (price+starts+ratings)
What should I do?
-
I do not have enough specific experience with this to speak from an authoritative position on this topic. My experience is manly with the hReview ritch snippet. Hopefully someone else here has more knowledge than I and can help you fix these errors.

Can you please check here:
I see some errors in the rating element, but I am not sure how bad they are and how to fix

Hello,
First off, congrats on adding Schema.org rich snippets to your site, it is exteremely helpful, and has been proven to increase clicks on search engines.
The first thing I would do would be to validate some pages via Google's Rich Snippet Testing Tool this will ensure that the code that you implemented into your site is actually formatted properly. I have had errors a few times waiting weeks just to find out it was a syntax error.
The next thing you need to know is that there is no guarantee that Google will actually show the rich snippet on the SERPs, even though they typically do. In my experience, it takes about 1-3 weeks for it to show, but this is just an estimate, the sites that I implemented them on already were large and established sites that were crawled often.

Several Items in the Organization schema structured file
Hi MOZ community! Could you please help me with the issue? I have implemented Organization Schema on the website. But according to the structure I can not markup data once. So now I have 2 Items for a Organization schema on a page. The questions are: 1. Does Google consider both of them? 2. Is that OK to have a few Items for one type of schema on the page? Thank you

Please take a look at my keyword usage
Hi All, Traffic to few pages of my site is dipping from last couple of months. When I analyzed one of the web page (http://ow.ly/IEkt307dfNr) in Moz tools, it is warning that the keyword "dance classes" is used excessively in the page (30+ times). But, it is used in genuine manner; because that page is a listing page of "dance class teachers" who provide the service, we added "dance classes" under each of the provider. It helps users to connect with the teach easily. Is this okay or will it fall under keyword stuffing? Should I change something?

Homepage Not Ranking in Google - How long do old (not current) bad SEO practices exert influence?
I'm trying to get to the bottom of a problem I have with the Google ranking for mauiactivities.com - it's far below what I would hope for. My research so far has uncovered the following, and any advice on where to go from here would be appreciated. _Edit:_No problems with Bing or Yahoo - the site is #1 for primary key word 'maui activities' 1. Running a site:http://www.mauiactivities.com search in Google reveals that the homepage doesn't rank. At all. I looked through the 17 pages of results and can't spot it. Edit: I have now, after fresh checks after submitting the homepage through Search Console, found it at #1 - still, the following applies ... 2. I've found that the domain (before it was purchased by my client in 2011) had some bad inbound links, specifically from scubamaui.com (no longer active). The links where white, on a white background. This web archive snapshot will reveal all. 3. Those bad links were 'cleaned up' (i.e. they don't show in the web archive) from 2014, and as mentioned above, the website is now 'down'. 4. Search Console doesn't have a manual penalty. 5. When I search for 'tropical divers maui' in Google I find www.mauiactivities.com is the 4th result. To me, this indicates a current relationship with the dead site (Tropical Divers Maui). No other term comes close to ranking to high for the homepage. So, to summarise - can the old, dead Tropical Divers Maui website still be affecting the Google ranking, and what would you suggest I do next?

Schema for Banks and SEO
I'm researching Schema opportunities for a bank, but besides the shema markup available today (like bankorcreditunion) and developments with FIBO, I can find no answer as to the effect of tagging interest rates and such in terms of SERP/CTR performance or visibility. Does anyone have a case study to share or some insight on the matter?

How long after disallowing Googlebot from crawling a domain until those pages drop out of their index?
We recently had Google crawl a version of the site we that we had thought we had disallowed already. We have corrected the issue of them crawling the site, but pages from that version are still appearing in the search results (the version we want them to not index and serve up is our .us domain which should have been blocked to them). My question is this: How long should I expect that domain (the .us we don't want to appear) to stay in their index after disallowing their bot? Is this a matter of days, weeks, or months?

Best action to take for "error" URLs?
My site has many error URLs that Google webmaster has identified as pages without titles. These are URLs such as: www.site.com/page???1234 For these URLs should I: 1. Add them as duplicate canonicals to the correct page (that is being displayed on the error URLs) 2. Add 301 redirect to the correct URL 3. Block the pages in robots.txt Thanks!

Kill your htaccess file, take the risk to learn a little
Last week I was browsing Google's index with "site:www.mydomain.com and wanted to scan over to see what Google had indexed with my site. I came across a URL that was mistakenly indexed. It went something like this www.mydomain.com/link1/link2/link1/link4/link3 I didn't understand why Google had indexed a page like that of mine when the "link" pages were links that were on my main bar which were site wide links. It seemed to be looping infinitely over and over. So I started trying to see how many of these Google had indexed and I came across about 20 pages. I went through the process of removing the URL's in Webmaster Tools, but then I wanted to know why it was happening. I had discovered that I had mistakenly placed some links on my site in my header in such a manner link1 link2 link3 If you know HTML you will realize that by not placing the "/" in the front of the link I was telling that page to add that link in addition to the URL that is was currently on. What this did was create an infinite loop of links which is not good 🙂 Basically when Google went to www.mydomain.com/link1/ it found the other links which then told Google to add that url to the existing URL and then go to that link. Something like: www.mydomain.com/links1/link2/... When you do not add the "/" in front of the directory you are linking too it will do this. The "/" refers to the root so if you place that in front of your directory you are linking too it will always assume that first "/" as the root then the url will follow. So what did I do? Even though I was able to find about 20 URL's using the "site:" search method there had to be more out there. Even though I tried to search I was not able to find anymore, but I was not convinced. The light bulb went on at this point My .htaccess file contained many 301 redirects in my attempt to try and redirect those pages to a real page, they were not really relevant pages to redirect too. So how could I really find out what Google had indexed out there for me since Webmaster Tools only reports the top 1000 links. I decided to kill my htaccess file. Knowing that Google is "forgiving" when major changes to your site happen I knew Google would not simply just kill my site for removing my htaccess file immediately. I waited 3 days then BOOM! Webmaster Tools was reporting to me that it found a ton of 401's on my site. I looked at the Crawl Errors and there they were. All those infinite loop links that I knew had to be more out there, I was able to see. How many were there? Google found in the first crawl over 5,000 of them. OMG! Yeah could you imagine the "Low quality" score I was getting on those pages? By seeing all those links I was able to determine about 4 patterns in the links. For example: www.mydomain.com/link1/link2/ www.mydomain.com/link1/link3/ www.mydomain.com/link1/link4/ www.mydomain.com/link1/link5/ Now my issue was I wanted to keep all the URL's that were pointing to www.mydomain.com/link1 but anything after that I needed gone. I went into my Robots.txt file and added this Disallow: www.mydomain.com/link1/link2/ Disallow: www.mydomain.com/link1/link3/ Disallow: www.mydomain.com/link1/link4/ Disallow: www.mydomain.com/link1/link5/ Now there were many more pages indexed that went deeper into those links but I knew I wanted anything after the 2nd URL gone since it was the start of the loop that I detected. With that I was able to have from what I know at least 5k links if not more. What did I learn from this? Kill your htaccess file for a few days and see what comes back in your reports. You might learn something 🙂 After doing this I simply replaced my htaccess file and I am on my way to removing a ton of "low quality" links I didn't even know I had.
