Hello SEOmozzers,

A colleague of mine started up a site here: www.wikiboedel.nl. Sadly only the homepage is indexed in Google.

It's a wordpress install. Robots.txt seems fine, all pages are on index and follow. Can't see why only the home is indexed in Google.

Do you know whats going wrong? Please tell me.

Submit a sitemap.xml file in Google and Bing WMT and see if that helps.

http://brokenlinkcheck.com found 155 pages so it's getting crawled.

Optimal Homepage Slider Tips?

Hello Moz Community, I am designing my slider for 'SliderRevolution' on Illustrator. I wish to know the optimal resolution for a homepage slider - both for page speed and for resolution quality. I am using a full-width slider and would just like to know any SEO techniques you guys have used when designing your slider. WMT Fetch as Google

Is there any benefits in using 'Fetch as Google' in WMT and then submitting for indexing? I have a page which I'm trying to get to rank so far with no luck is it likely to help or could it hinder? Please speak from experience not hearsay 🙂 Many Thanks

2000 Active pages 404 on LIVE Ecommerce site - what will google do now?

Hi All, One of my ecommerce site having more than 20,000 pages from that one of the categories having 2000 pages showing 404 and still taking time for developer to fix this issue and may be they will be able to fix after 2-3 days so is this okay with google or google will take any action during this period? Site: command and intitle: command in Google changed?

Hi Mozzers, I'm seeing some changes in Google when using certain commands I've used for ages. I'm trying to spot cananical issues by using this search site:www.mysite.com intitle:"keyword" This used to list all pages in the index on a certain site with the keyword in the title. Now I'm getting weird results and sometimes results from other sites - not the one specified in the site: command. Anyone else seeing this? Thanks B

Did anyone Rankings drop massively last weekend ...Is this new google update ?

Hi all, My Site rankings took a battering in the past week , From what I have read, I know that google have updated their algorithm and supposedly it only affects less than 1% of queries but I was very surprised to have fallen in that list... Just wondered, am i the only site to have been hammered this past week ? or is it more of a case that maybe the new algorithm means I need to be more savvy with our SEO.
