Hi

I don't want to continue my pro account and want to cancel the subscription.
I do not see a direct link for it.
Please help for the same before my first payment is made on 26th July 2015.

Hi,

It's quite simple - just go to https://moz.com/subscriptions/cancel

(you can also go via the navigation - click on your avatar (upper right corner - select "Billing & Subscription") - on the next page click "Cancel" on your current plan)

My Whole Moz Account Went Missing - Started From Scratch But Not Working Again

Hi guys my whole moz account went awol - lost all my previous campaign data in terms of search listings - got a bit fed up so started from scratch, the first week was ok but now I login to see where I am on the search engines and all I get is '-' can anyone help - I am paying top dollar for this service but it seems so unstable, I thought I was using this to save me time keying in hundreds of search phrases and manually checking them and as I am sure many of you will appreciate checking daily can drive you crackers so I signed up with the belief that once a week I would get an in depth report and as such I could take a sigh of relief and get away from the obsessive compulsion to check my listings daily - this does not seem to be the case - pretty frustrated to be honest. kind regards Gareth

Creating Multiple Moz Accounts

Hi there, due to my work - and for customer service - I need to be able to set up multiple Moz accounts for each client, providing their own contact/CC info. Can you tell me if Moz allows this (I keep getting the message that I'm registered and can upgrade), or do I have to login from a different computer each time? How do I make sure my account doesn't auto-renew

Our account is up for renewal in 10 days, but I want to switch off the auto-renewal. How do I do this? I've tried to resolve the issues we're having with support but am getting nowhere. Was promised an update on Friday but no-one got back to me. These issues have been going on for months. Fed up of paying for something we're no longer getting. I've been recommending Moz for years, but things really seem to have slipped lately. Sorry to air this publicly but my frustration, waiting for replies and not getting what we're paying for are spilling over. A very unhappy paying customer.

We have a PRO account. Is there a way to generate a PDF report containing high level SEO stats for the client such as linking, ranking, etc without the need of setting up a new campaign?
