API - Row Limit Question

Hi,
I'm new to using Moz, and have just got a "Low volume" API account set up. My question is, because ive not yet reached my maximum "Rows per month" limit, what behaviour happens when i reach it?
Do i get an error code, if so what, and whats the status code. If not, does my account keep downloading the rows and i get charged extra (in accordance with the cost of the additional rows)? Or is the whole additional rows think like a bolt on?
Basically i want to make sure i dont get charged extra each month, and i need the status code returned to handled this in my app. I couldnt see anything explicit in the documents.

Hey There,
Currently the only way to know when you have reached your row limit is to monitor the API Dashboard - https://moz.com/products/mozscape/usage . You would then want to cease from pulling more rows for that month, or risk overage charges of $10.00 per 10k rows. Let me know if there are any other questions on this. Hi! On one of our servers we get the message "The account does not have access to that quota" when pulling data for v1 URL Metrics endpoint in the API.

API Access Change
I'm not sure, but I seem to remember that there was a certain number of API calls that USED to be included with my MOZ Pro level subscription and as I check it now, the API access is a separate subscription. Was there a recent change or has my memory finally started going?

How do batched URL metrics work in terms of rows and rate limit?
I am using the free API plan to get URL metrics and batching my calls like this: https://github.com/seomoz/SEOmozAPISamples/blob/master/php/batching_urls_sample.php How does this work in terms of rows and limits? If I do a batch of 10 urls does it count as 1 row? or 10? Do I have to wait 10 seconds before calling the next batch?

Wrong answers for API request
Hi, I just recently started getting errors when using the API. The request back contains zeros for all the keys except PDA which is a new to me. Haven't changed anything in the code and the authorization seems to work fine. Is this something on my end? However, I don't get for all the requests, perhaps half of the time. About Expiry of MOZ API authentication and MOZ API call in .NET application
MOZ API signed authentication is getting expire after particular time, and coming up with the error "Authentication has expired , Re-send your authentication". **right now we are getting new authentication details using ** https://moz.com/products/api/keys after doing login. but, how do we get new credentials (authentication details) , by doing MOZ API call using c# or any other programming language, we are using this API in .NET. Also, How we can increase the session expiry time. i think it is concerned with the Sample Expires of Signed authentication , but we are unable to change it , as it is coming with the authentication failed.
