Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions are not Indexing in Google

Hello Every one,
I have a Wordpress website in which i installed All in SEO plugin and wrote meta titles and descriptions for each and every page and posts and submitted website to index.
But after Google crawl the Meta Titles and Descriptions shown by Google are something different that are not found in Content.
Even i verified the Cached version of the website and gone through Source code that crawled at that moment. the meta title which i have written is present there.
Apart from this, the same URL's are displaying perfect meta titles and descriptions which i wrote in Yahoo and Bing Search Engines.
Can anyone explain me how to resolve this issue.

Then my first response is appropriate. Google will use whatever "title / Description" it feels is best, again I recommend you watch the YouTube video from Matt Cutts (former Google SEO guy) about why that is.
In your particular case it could be the Doctor Deepu Chandru is driving more traffic to the site then your focused keywords, so as long as people keep engaging with Google's suggestion they will keep using it. Or perhaps you have made changes and not allowed Google enough time to re-index the site.
My suggestion remove the H1 tags from the docotor's names you are using multiple h1 tags there, this could be a bit of confusion for Google, change them to H2 tags. Then under your Logo write in H1 the Page title "Liposuction Surgery and Laser Hair Removal". This will tell Google the most important thing on this page is those specific keywords. Give it 1-3 weeks to get re-crawled and Google to get its indexes changed and you should see the difference.

Okay it is possible that I misunderstood the question.
Where specifically are you seeing that Google is not indexing your title and description?

I seconded with you, but my issue is i have relevant title and description based on the content of the page, but it takes title as Dr. Deepu Chundru ( it is in
), and this name is not related to the content of the page.
So how should i want my site to index the title and description.

Google will treat your title and description as suggestions. The reason they do this is because they want to provide the best possible description to their users. In such case they may generate their own description based off words, alt text, your description or combinations of all three.

Hi All My wordpress website got attack by malware last week. It affected my index page in google badly. my typical site:example.ca shows about 130 indexed pages on google. Site Hack In Meta Description
Hey MOZ Community, I am looking for some help in identifying where the following meta description is coming from on this home page - https://www.apins.com. I have scrubbed through the page source without being able to locate where the content is being pulled from. The website is built on WordPress and metas were updated using Yoast, but I am wondering if an installed plugin could be the culprit. On top of this, I have had a developer take a look for the "hack" and they have assured that the issue has been removed. I have submitted the URL in GSC a couple of times to be re-indexed but have not had much luck. Any thoughts would be much appreciated, the displayed description is below. Google displays multiple titles for same article. What does this mean?
I've linked to some screenshots so that it what I'm talking about makes more sense. Sometimes, when I perform a search, I see an article with the correct article title listed as the page title in the SERPs. Other times, I see the wrong page title – it's a generic somethin' or other done by my client's web design company with a bunch of keywords thrown in. The latter (not the correct article title) also appears at the top of the browser tab for every article on my client's site. I know this is bad, but what can be done about it? Do URLs with canonical tags get indexed by Google?
Hi, we re-branded and launched a new website in February 2016. In June we saw a steep drop in the number of URLs indexed, and there have continued to be smaller dips since. We started an account with Moz and found several thousand high priority crawl errors for duplicate pages and have since fixed those with canonical tags. However, we are still seeing the number of URLs indexed drop. Do URLs with canonical tags get indexed by Google? I can't seem to find a definitive answer on this. A good portion of our URLs have canonical tags because they are just events with different dates, but otherwise the content of the page is the same.

Finding websites that don't have meta descriptions
Hi everyone, as a way to find new business leads I thought about targeting websites that have poor meta descriptions or where they are simply missing. Fake Links indexing in google
Hello everyone, I have an interesting situation occurring here, and hoping maybe someone here has seen something of this nature or be able to offer some sort of advice. So, we recently installed a wordpress to a subdomain for our business and have been blogging through it. We added the google webmaster tools meta tag and I've noticed an increase in 404 links. I brought this up to or server admin, and he verified that there were a lot of ip's pinging our server looking for these links that don't exist. We've combed through our server files and nothing seems to be compromised. Today, we noticed that when you do site:ourdomain.com into google the subdomain with wordpress shows hundreds of these fake links, that when you visit them, return a 404 page. Just curious if anyone has seen anything like this, what it may be, how we can stop it, could it negatively impact us in anyway? Should we even worry about it? Registered Trademark in a Meta Title or Content
I know that registered trademarks don't hurt SEO, however if the trademark is used in the middle of a popular search phrase (see below) will it hurt the site's chanced of getting ranked for this term. Example: Funkybrand® Shoes PS I found one brand that used the trademark Acuvue® contact lenses. thanks!

How do I add meta descriptions to Archives in Wordpress?
My most recent crawl returned a number of 'missing meta description' errors, and when I checked individual URLs, it turned out they were Wordpress Archived pages - for individual months and days (e.g. http:// .../2011/01). What's the best way to go about adding descriptions to these pages, if at all? Or should I have these pages not be indexed? I am using the All in One SEO plugin, so maybe there is an easy fix through this plugin, or it may be the cause of these errors? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance! **EDIT After looking it up further, I have decided to use noindex for Archives, which should solve my problem right? Or is there a benefit to having those archived pages?
