Moz Bar doesn't Show Anything

I use the MozBar chrome extension, and it has worked fine in the past. But lately it doesn't show any metrics. Am I missing an update or something?

Hi there, sorry to hear you're running into trouble with your MozBar! We've got a couple different things you can try. The suggestion below is definitely something worth checking out, you may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on. We have also had some reports of an intermittent issue with the data showing up which might be the cause as well. Go ahead and try the reinstall, I'll get you added to the ticket just in case as well and if there are any updates I can submit that information to you that way!

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Anyone having issues with the Moz bar? Lately no matter how many times I log in, getting data is difficult as it keeps asking me to create an acct. or log in. Even logged into Moz and on Q&A it is asking me to log in. THanks

Moz crawler only crawls one page?!
Hello there, I'm using Moz for a while and I'm very pleased with the tool and community. But for the first time I encountered a problem. We are trying to run a crawler for a client's website but only one page (only the homepage) was crawled. We tried to do a test on a more detailed level (maybe there is something wrong with the homepage). My campaign test's crawl came back for the Producten folder (level deeper than homepage), and it was also only a 1 page crawl with a 200 status. I did look at the robots.txt file now, and it is very restrictive, but there is nothing that I can clearly see that would explain why the crawl isn't working. Hopefully someone can point us at the right direction. Thanks in advance, Jeremy

Rank tracker not showing proper rankings.
Just joined MozPro and pretty amazed at all of the info and tools it contains. However I was playing around with the rank tracker and just to test it I put in a keyword and a URL I can clearly see that is ranking #2 for the keyword. Went I ran it through it said that domain wasn't ranked in the top 50. Tried it again and made sure to put in "http://www." and then it said it was #50. I can clearly see it is #2 for the keyword. Wondering if I am doing something wrong?

Pinterest Back Links Showing For One Website But Not Other in OSE
Hello, I have verified my business websites on both of my pinterest accounts for the following websites Http://www.prickettproperties.com and Http://www.ChicFamilyTravels.com The backlinks for prickett shows up in OSE, but not for ChicFamily. I am curious as to why that is? Thanks in advance for your help

How Does Moz Shoot Whiteboard Fridays?
Okay, sort of a meta question here... My company, a global test preparation company, is looking into new ways to deliver online course content (both pre-recorded and live streaming). Around the office we have looked at dozens of examples of companies that do video presenting or teaching, and then I realized that I watch a great example of high-quality online video every week: Whiteboard Fridays!
