I would like to know why there are no links found, but there are about 300 links detected with other tools?

Our site gets, when scanned with MOZ tools no links detected.

Does someone know why?

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
Hi there! I'm sorry your site isn't showing up in Open Site Explorer yet. I'll try to explain a few reasons why this might be happening:
There are two types of link data we capture: external and internal linking pages. In order for us to discover backlinks to your site, we need to crawl the sites and pages linking to you. Once we can find those links, we will then be able to crawl your site to find pages you link to and so forth.
If you don't see any inbound links from external sites, there are a few things to check real quick:
- Check your URL for typos or other errors. Did your URL cut off or contain the wrong punctuation?
- Check out the site's navigation. Sometimes it takes multiple index updates for us to discover pages that aren't linked to from the site's primary navigation. One simple fix is to create a link to the URL from another page on the website.
- The Mozscape index is still growing! Keep in mind that, while large, our index doesn’t cover the entire web. If you have a smaller site, it’s possible we haven’t crawled the domains linking to it. Search the pages linking to yours to see if we have indexed their links. If you need help with link building, we've got a fabulous guide here: https://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-link-building.
If you don't see any internal links to your page:
Make sure we're not blocked from crawling this URL or site. If our web crawlers are blocked from crawling certain pages (i.e., with "noindex" or Robots.txt), they may not be included in the index. For some more in-depth info, here's how we compile our index:
- We grab the most recent index.
- We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains).
- We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled 90,000,000,000 pages (which is about 35% the amount in Google's index).
So, if the site is not linked to by one of these seed URLs (or one of the URLs linked to by them in the next update) then it won't show up in our index.
Other tools, such as Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, and Majestic will alway show more link data as they target the quantity of links, while OSE focuses more on quality and Domain Authority. It’s best to use all the tools you can to obtain a full backlink profile; I've got a post here that details why and how that is: http://www.seobook.com/comparing-backlink-data-providers
Mozscape focuses on a breadth-first approach. Therefore we almost always have content from the homepage of websites, externally linked-to pages, and pages higher up in a site's information hierarchy. However, deep pages that are buried beneath many layers of navigation are sometimes missed and it may be several index updates before we catch all of these.
We update once a month and you can view the next scheduled update here: http://moz.com/products/api/updates
Hope this helps provide some clarity. Please let me know if you have any questions!

The reason is Moz index data is relatively small than any tools. This could be the reason. However, Moz index is getting there as they running quite big chunk of index now. Hopefully, it will not be long now

Why does the MOZ bar not work on SERPs with site links?
Maybe a dumb question (am a beginner), but MOZ bar shows no information on SERP results with site links? I'm sure there's a reason? What is it?

Compare link metrics: some items shows zero --> 0 :(
Hey community, This is our first topic on Moz, great to see the community growing and growing! We do have a question and can't figure out the reason(s). We hope you can help us. We are watching the "compare link metrics" for the domain https://www.voetbalwedden.net and see strange details. See our report on: https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/comparisons?site=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.voetbalwedden.net Page Specific Metrics

Internal Equity-Passing Links = 0
Total Internal Links = 0 Subdomain Metrics: Internal Equity-Passing Links = 0
Total Internal Links = 0 We do have more than 30K pages indexed by Google, do have a great site structure and a well structured internal linking. We think these stats are not correct. Are we right? And what could we do to improve it? uUyQT0 -
How do I download a CSV of inbound links?
Just signed up and have a lot of (probably stupid) questions! When I go to my campaign in Moz Pro, Links, Link Analysis, I see a long list of inbound links. However, the only option is to export it into CSV via the Open Site Explorer, but when I open that up the list of links is completely different (and much smaller) than the one in the Link Analysis section. Is there a way to download the links listed in the Link Analysis section, and what is hhe different between the links listed here and in the OSE?

Why can't I Ctrl + click on links on Moz any more?
I'm interested if it's just me that gets frustrated by this? I've just Ctrl + clicked a few links to open them in separate tabs and then realised that none of them had opened. I know it's been like this for a while. It's a usability issue as it goes against expected norms, and now I have to right-click and then click "Open in new tab" on each link, which is more time-consuming and frustrating. More and more websites seem to be losing their Ctrl + click on links ability (JavaScript often breaks it). I don't know if there's a Mac equivalent... Anyway, I hope that doesn't seem like I'm too angry. It just frustrates me a little and I hope it gets fixed. 🙂 Edit - I've just realised these are getting blocked by Chrome's pop-up blocker - but why? It's only an issue on a small number of websites.

Keyword Difficulty Tool export feature
I am anticipating, say, three main categories of searches for one site (let's say, keywords pertaining to first aid, doctor treatment and emergency room treatment. I have gotten the keyword difficulty data for 20 keywords in a category first aid, and have exported the csv. Now I list 20 different keywords related to doctor treatment. The results come mushed into the first aid report, but I want to export them separately. I figure I can delete all of the entries from the first report and start a new search, but I can't even find a way to remove them from the list. Is there a way to create separate reports to export based on a new set of keywords? Thanks!

Does Moz provide more than just the SEO Tool?
We've received a lot of good info about our website using the Moz analytic tools but I'm curious to know if Moz provides consulting services on how to implement changes based on the data. Basically, Moz gave me the "what", I need some direction on the "how" and does Moz have the in house capabilities to assist with the "who" can do the actual work.

Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports
I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign. The Facebook data appears in our reports. However, the Twitter data does not. I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is. It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data. What could be causing this, and how can we fix it?

Mozbar highlight links in firefox
I use Mozbar to check for nofollow links on any website. Recently I changed from Chrome to Firefox and it appears that the link highlight function is behaving different on the latter.
Getting Started | | Trbl
On a page with nofollow in the robot.txt links are highlighted both when selecting nofollowed (pink) and followed (green) links. In Chrome it used to highlight only the nofollow links (as is correct in this case) Did anyone notice this behaviour too? Seems like a bug.0
