Subdomain and nofollow backlinks are used to calculate the domain authority?

Greetings, I have a couple of questions about domain authority. 1 - The backlinks that come from different subdomains count several times or only once coming from the same domain? 2 - The nofollow backlinks are used to calculate the domain authority? Thank you. -

All links that are pointed to your site are weighted in your Domain Authority score, this includes follow and nofollow links.

Why my website Backlinks not getting Crawl by Moz?
Hi, I've the query related to backlinks of my website. Some of the high authority sites give backlinks to my website but these links are still not showing in Moz. My website is 6 months old and also continuously getting backlinks from high authority sites but still these are not showing on Moz and also not improving DA and PA of my website. I've also attached the screenshot of Moz link explorer results please check and guide me what to do with website so Moz will consider it and give some authority. I couldn't check Page authority or Domain Authority for any page, what can be reason?
I am trying to check DA and PA for page but not able to do this. Tried it before two days and it was working fine, problem occurring today. I want help regarding this issue, is anyone other facing this problem. Kindly help me out (provide some other way to check DA/PA).

If I migrate to a new domain, does my Domain Authority score get migrated also?
For business reasons, I migrated my domain with a DA score of 85 to a new domain. After some time, the DA score on the new domain is only 45. My migration plan and redirects went smooth and all redirected with best practices in mind. I am still ranking well for almost all of the keywords where I've 301 redirected old URL to new. Any feedback welcome!
