Subdomain and nofollow backlinks are used to calculate the domain authority?

Greetings, I have a couple of questions about domain authority. 1 - The backlinks that come from different subdomains count several times or only once coming from the same domain? 2 - The nofollow backlinks are used to calculate the domain authority? Thank you. -

All links that are pointed to your site are weighted in your Domain Authority score, this includes follow and nofollow links.

Unsolved Why am I not seeing search.yahoo.com in my site's backlink profile?
When looking at the backlinks for a client's competitor I found that they had a backlink on search.yahoo.com/reviews and our domain (harmonyhit.com) did not. I was using the Link Explorer tool. However, when I go to yahoo Search I see that the website of harmonyhit.com is indexed in Yahoo search and has links to the site. Also, it's sitemap has been recently crawled in Bing webmaster tools which Yahoo uses. Why does our client have the backlink accounted for and we do not?

Why my website Backlinks not getting Crawl by Moz?
Hi, I've the query related to backlinks of my website. Some of the high authority sites give backlinks to my website but these links are still not showing in Moz. How do you check for .gov and .edu backlinks using the new link explorer?
I'm trying to do an audit but I can't seem to figure out how to find .edu and .gov backlinks from the new link explorer. Can someone please help? I'm trying to learn how as open site explorer will be replaced by the link explorer. Thank you!

Guys and Girls, I'm having a weird issue in one of my sites , thing is the site had DA 11 in July and however when check on September Site is having 26 without me doing any type of link building and there are no new posts for this month as well. When checked using open site explorer there are no backlinks indexed in their Mozcape index as well. I have some good number number of backlinks in my webmaster tools. But, open site explorer is showing very few backlinks. How to force moz to crawl all the backlinks? Or is there any way to submit backlinks to moz?
